The Bungalow

Our luxury beachfront bungalow is a favourite with honeymooners and guests seeking to escape to a private beachfront retreat.

The architecturally award winning design and high-end finishes creates a total luxury beachfront holiday experience. A generous floor plan features a king size master bedroom and blissfully beautiful bathroom with bath. The fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living and dining space opens up onto the deck overlooking private lush tropical gardens.

The Bungalow is pet-friendly! The lush yard and tropical gardens are fenced so there's loads of room for your fur baby to roam and play. Small dogs considered, the fence height is 1.2 metres. The nearest dog beach is a couple of minutes away at Suffolk Park. Broken Head is a National Park, no dogs are allowed anywhere in the National Park or on Broken Head beach. ** Please note pets must be authorised by management prior to check in, a $70 pet fee T&C's apply.

Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Following are Byron Beach Retreats Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation.

PETS are considered but must be authorised by Management prior to check in. $70 pet fee applies to Bungalow bookings. It is the pet owners responsibility to remove all pet waste from the property prior to departure. If extra cleaning, waste removal, or maintenance is required as a result of the pet, additional fees will be deducted from the bond and is not negotiable. Broken Head is a National Park, no dogs are allowed anywhere in the National Park or on Broken Head beach.

SECURITY BOND is required via credit card prior to check in - bond amounts = The Bungalow $1000 / The Beach House $1500 / The Eco Lodge $1,500. Your credit card will be debited in the event of: damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required.

SERVICE FEE will apply per booking = The Bungalow $150 / The Beach House $400 / The Eco Lodge $450. The service fee will be charged, together with final payment, against your nominated credit card 30 days prior to check in.

DEPOSIT of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

PROPERTY AVAILABILITY: we will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owner reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. If the Property becomes unavailable for occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. flood, fire, storm, tempest, etc) or the property becomes for sale or is sold by the Owner the Management will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy, failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full. Upon refund of the monies paid, the guest shall have no further claims whatsoever against the Owner of the Property or the Management.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
• Group restrictions - The number of guests should not exceed the number stated in the property listing and/or the number subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for additional guests not agreed to with the owner in advance.
• Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
• No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
• Intimate events, photo/video shoots may be considered by management and are required to be arranged directly with Byron Beach Retreats prior to booking. Additional fees and T&C’s apply.
• No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
• No smoking inside the property
• Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay.
• Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is strictly 10.00am.
• The security deposit is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, damage, excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, security callouts, eviction etc.
• Loss - the owner takes no responsibility for the guest's personal property.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 50% of the tariff cost must be received to secure the booking. Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received.

Payment in full including cleaning fee must be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.

Payments of the amount due must be received in Australian $net of any bank or other transaction charges.

Please ensure payments are made within the specifed time limits or the Booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability to you.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
STANDARD T&C'S:
Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking 30 days prior to check in you will be refunded all moneys less 50% tariff deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of check in no refund will apply.

Should you be eligible for a refund it will be made through your chosen payment method at time of Booking.

No variations or date changes are permitted.
