Please be informed that we have changed some protocols to comply with the current government guidelines for COVID-19 Prevention and Control. Hoping for your kind understanding.

HEALTH AND SANITATION
• Please allow our staff to take your temperature before entering the premises.
• Bath mats and foot-pedaled alcohol sprays are available at the entrance. Kindly sanitize before checking in.
• Face masks/Face Shield and Social Distancing is strictly implemented especially at common areas within the premises.
• Kindly fill-out the Health Declaration Form upon check-in or Scan the QR code for a online Health Declaration Form.

BREAKFAST
• Ala carte breakfast is served at the Dining Hall. Our Front Office Personnel will get your preferred breakfast time and orders upon check-in. Take note that breakfast is for pick-up at the Dining Hall third floor, Dine-in and Room Service is not possible.

STANDARD HOUSE RULES
• All rooms are non-smoking. However, guests are allowed in designated smoking areas (Deck overlooking the pool, and Lounge area).
• Strictly no visitors allowed.
• Housekeeping is available once a day upon request from 8:00am - 5:00pm only.
• Pets are not allowed
• No heavy or bulk cooking inside the rooms for rooms with kitchen. Bringing or cooking of items with very strong odor is not allowed.
• Charge for lost key is Php 850.00

CHECK-IN / OUT & EXTENSION
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM only. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (or earlier).
Guest must present valid ID upon check in.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out is subject to room availability and is subject to the ff charges:
- Half-day's rent for the first 4 hours. Whole day's rent for more than 4 hours
• Front Desk is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM only.
• Guests must give an advice for check-in / check-out outside the normal operating hours for the company to assign a staff to assist. Reservations & payments must be done prior to check-in to assure that the rooms are ready for occupancy.
• For extension of stay, guest must advise Front Desk a day ahead of time, subject to room availability. Full payment upon extension.
• Guest hereby authorize us to open and release the room in the event that they are not inside the premises during the scheduled check-out time. In which case, all personal belongings will be removed, and temporarily stored, and standard late check-out charges and luggage storage fees may apply.
• 1775 Adriatico Suites is not liable for any damage or loss of valuable items within the hotel premises.

SWIMMING POOL RULES
• Please maintain social distancing. Maximum of 6 people at any one time is allowed.
• No excessive noise (Shouting, Loud Music, Etc.)
• All guests must wash up in the shower area before entering the pool.
• No Lifeguard on Duty. 1775 Adriatico Suites is not liable for any accidents or injuries.
• Pool hours is from 8:00am – 9:00pm only.
• Guests must wear appropriate swimming attire (No basketball shorts, or excessively revealing clothing). However, rash guards or T-Shirts are allowed.
• No glass items in the pool area.
• No roughhousing, diving, running, or climbing in the pool area.
• Only registered guests will have access to the swimming pool.
• Guest’s visitors are subject to swimming pool fees.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
• The guests are liable for any damage to their room(s), hotel’s premises, or property - caused by the main guest or any person in his/her group. The company reserves the right to charge the guests as it shall, in its sole discretion, a reasonable amount deemed necessary to compensate expenses and/or replace damaged items incurred by 1775 Adriatico Suites as a result. Should this damage come to light after departure, the company reserves the right and guest hereby authorize us to charge their credit or debit card for any damage incurred to the room or the hotel property during their stay.

Cancellation Policy

Any amendments in any confirmed booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be in accordance to room availability. CANCELLATION of confirmed room bookings for any reason not attributable to the fault of 1775 Adriatico Suites shall be subject to the following charges:
 1 Night charge – If guest modifies / cancels booking MORE THAN 14 days prior to arrival
 100% of the Room Booking - For cancelation of booking within 14 days or less prior to arrival, NO SHOW,
for shortening of stay, reduction in the number of rooms, or change of room type, for force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of Management.
