Terms & Conditions

To ensure that your stay here at 17 North Street is as pleasant as possible, please observe the following House Rules and pass them on to your fellow travellers so that we can provide you with the cleanliness, safety and comfort that you deserve.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is between 3pm and 7.30pm. Check-out is before 10am. Check-outs after 10am will be charged a late fee of $30.00. Please advise management if you require a later check-in or check-out.

Alcohol
Please drink responsibly. We have a no tolerance policy for alcohol abuse and disruptive behaviour. Staff may ask guests to leave the premises if unacceptable behaviour persists.

No Drugs
The possession and/or use of illegal drugs or the abuse of prescription drugs will not be tolerated and will result in Police involvement and/or immediate loss of your right to occupy.

Anti-Social Behaviour
Behaviour such as abusive language, the creation of excessive noise, engaging in physical fights, bullying, harassment or other acts of violence against people or property will not be tolerated and may result in Police involvement.

No Pets
Pets are forbidden on the premises without the permission of the owner/manager.

Noise
Please refrain from making loud noises between 9.30pm-6.30m to avoid disturbing other guests.

Common Areas
Guests and their visitors using common areas of the facility including lounge/television rooms, dining rooms, toilets and bathrooms, kitchens, BBQs, patios and yards are to leave them neat, clean and tidy after using them.

Visitors Welcome
Guests are to ensure that their visitors are aware of the house rules and abide by them. If visitors cause problems, guests should notify the management.
The entertaining of visitors in individual rooms after 10pm (or other designated time) is only permitted with consent from the Manager. No parties or events are allowed.

Guests are to ensure their visitors report to the office to sign the “Visitor’s Sign-In/Out QR Code”.

Stealing
Guests caught stealing within the premises will result in Police involvement and in the immediate loss of your right to occupy.

Access to Guest Rooms
Management and their staff reserve the right to access guests’ rooms as prescribed in the terms of the Resident Agreement. Guests are not to lend or give keys to visitors, including other guests.

If guests lock themselves out after hours, please contact the after hours number and wait for staff to arrive (a fee will be charged).
No obstructions or items to be placed within a meter in front of, near or around or on bedroom doors, fire exists or fire equipment.

Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly forbidden to be brought into the premises by either guests or their visitors:
• Noxious, explosive or other dangerous substances
• Illegal substances, materials and goods (including the storage of stolen goods) • Weapons.

Smoking and Fire
Smoking is prohibited in the property except in the designated areas and outdoors. All butts and ashes to be disposed of (ashtrays supplied).
No matches, candle or incense burning anywhere in the bedrooms. All cooking to be done in designated areas.
Residents or their visitors should not touch or remove fire safety equipment unless in the case of an emergency or with consent of the management.

Damage
In the event if guests or visitors cause damage to any property within the accommodation, management can charge the amount deemed necessary to cover costs of cleaning, repairing or replacing the damaged items/s.

Emergency Evacuation
In case of a fire, please use the sign-posted emergency Exits. In the event of an emergency please refer to staff’s instructions before exiiting the building safely and proceed to the Assembly Point.

You accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Eftpos,

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

No prepayment is needed.
