Terms & Conditions
The number of guests must not exceed the number of guests booked (Step 2 of the booking process). The tariffs are calculated on a ‘per head’ basis. Please notify Nicole if you need to make changes to your booking numbers.
Adults - (aged 17yrs & above)
Children - (aged 1 - 16 years)
Infants - (aged 0-12mths) stay free of charge but are to be included when booking.
Beds are made up with linen and towels for the number of guests staying.
Light continental breakfast provisions of Cereal, Fruit, Bread, Gourmet Jams, Tea and Nespresso Coffee are provided for the first morning of your stay.
A small amount of household detergent, soaps and toiletries are also provided to start your stay.
Check in time is anytime after 2pm.
Check out time is by 10am.
Early check in and late checkout times can be arranged (when possible) with prior arrangement. Fee of $20 / hour applies.
PET POLICY - Sorry NO pets allowed.
STRICTLY NO smoking allowed inside the property.
DEPARTURE - Please leave the property tidy, no need to strip the beds. It is greatly appreciated if your dishes are put in the dishwasher and it is put on when you leave and rubbish is placed in outside bins.

Payment Policy
50% charged at time of reservation
Remainder charged 7 days prior to arrival.
Your card will be used for these payments.
If you book within the 7 day window, you will be charged 50% when booking, and the second charge will be added within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel within 7 days prior to arrival, unless we can fill the stay with another guest. If another guest is able to be secured, a full refund will be offered.
We highly recommend travel insurance.
