WE WILL MATCH OR BETTER ANY RATE OR CANCELLATION POLICY THAT YOU HAVE SEEN ONLINE

CHECK-IN is from 2pm, if you arrive earlier than this we might be able to store your luggage until your room is ready however you will need to request this

Check-out is by 10:00 am on day of departure.

Late checkout may be available by prior arrangement. A late check-out fee may apply.

Your Unit: Guests are fully responsible to take care the unit and keep it reasonable clean and tidy at all times, excessive cleaning or rubbish removal fees may apply at the Managers discretion. Any extra fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex, please smoke outside away from doors, windows and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we may engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs, and any resulting loss of income, to the registered guest.

General: Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion, and must leave before 10pm. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. The cost of any damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

Group Bookings: For group bookings or for bookings for than 2 rooms we require a full payment at time of booking & a $500 deposit per room to be paid upon arrival. If the transaction in not completed the booking will be cancelled unless pre-arranged with the property

Number of occupants: Please state the exactly number of occupants at the time of booking and this must not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the apartment if there is an increase of people and is not notified extra costs will be applied to the booking. We will charge an extra $100pppn extra that is not on the reservation or we will not allow access to the room if the max numbers are exceeded

Infants: We charge for infants whether using existing beds or we can provide a cot/crib. Please make sure you include all of your children including any infants when making the reservation or contacting the property to arrange to avoid ANY disappointment or discomfort upon arrival! Thank you

We advise ALL guests to take out travel insurance whether travelling within New Zealand, or travelling to New Zealand

NB We only have certain rooms available for pets and you will need to either book directly through our website or contact us to arrange. If you turn up with a pet that is not booked in with us you risk loosing your booking and any payments

WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY IN PLACE, IF THIS IS IGNORED YOU RISK BEING CHECKED OUT & FORFEITING ANY PAYMENTS

You might be asked to pay a $500 room deposit

If you have booked the Budget Studio or Standard Studio your car park will be accessed by stairs to our upper car park

Any booking made between the dates of 20 December through until the 2nd January are all non-refundable pre-paid bookings

From 21st June until 29th September we require 7 days cancellation notice

We are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day so there will be no servicing of the rooms on these days and limited servicing on Boxing Day

We do not accept bookings for anyone under the age of 25 for the New Years period (28th Dec-2nd Jan) & we have the right to cancel any bookings made by anyone that does not provide ID

Payment Policy

Payment will be taken up to 48 hours prior to check in unless pre arranged

Bookings that have been made for same day arrival must be prepaid otherwise booking will be cancelled

Any booking made between the dates of 20 December through until the 2nd January are all non-refundable pre-paid bookings

NB A 3% fee on all credit cards or Debit Cards , American Express 4%.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, please advise us as soon as possible in writing , failure to advise us will incur a charge. Our standard cancellation policy is 48hours prior to arrival, for ski season we require 7 days notice of cancellation. (21/6-31/9) Please view our cancellation policy respective to your booking. We advise ALL guests to take out travel insurance whether travelling within New Zealand, or travelling to New Zealand, to cover for illness or for adverse weather conditions
