Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Acacia Garden Inn that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:
RATES AND PAYMENT
• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Room rates are quoted per night.
• Rates quoted are in Philippine Peso.
• Rates are inclusive of 12% Government Tax.
• Extra adult rate per night (7 years old and above)=Php 500.00
• Round-trip land transfers via USU Busuanga Airport is Php 150.00 per person (joining group).
• All reservations are guaranteed through prepayment of 50% the total amount of reservation on the prescribed option date set by Acacia Garden Inn.
• Credit Card Surcharges apply.
CHILD POLICY
• Children 6 years old and below sharing the same bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation(without breakfast)
• Children 7 years old and above are considered as adults and shall be charged the extra person rate Php 500.00 per night (with breakfast).
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm and check-out time is by 12:00nn.
• A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
• Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel's Guest Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. It has an extra charge of Php 200.00 per hour.
• Please check with the Hotel's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out.
CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION
• A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
• Upon reservation, credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
• The Hotel accepts Visa and Mastercard.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• Rebooking is not allowed during peak seasons, days with high occupancy. Our cancellation policy will apply.

• Should the number of guest/s exceed the number of persons indicated in the accommodation voucher upon arrival.Acacia Garden Inn shall not an any way be liable or responsible for non-accommodation of the undeclared person/s. If the room has adequate space to accommodate the undeclared guest/s, an extra person charge will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
•Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to check in date shall be charged 10% of the total package rate per person. A cancellation made 48 to 72 hours prior to check-in is subject to 50% cancellation charge. No refund on cancellations made within 24 hours prior to check-in date; same applies to NO-SHOW or cancellation on the check-in date.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
• The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of the Philippines.
