"The Acreage" is a separate purpose built guesthouse set within 5 acres of beautiful gardens.

Featuring up to 3 Luxury Suites with either a King or Queen Bed, Ensuite & Spa, 32" Flat Screen TV's, DVD & A/C, Covered terrace overlooking stunning valley / garden views. We offer privacy combined with the highest level of hospitality and service.

Our 5 acre property has a BBQ, Saltwater Pool, Lounge with 52" TV & Complimentary WiFi.

Our gardens are filled with the sweet chime of Bell birds and there's plenty of wildlife to be seen as you overlook our wonderful valley views. Being a Winner of the NSW Tourism Award, shows the quality that we've become renowned for.

Being off the main road, in the middle of Picketts Valley, you'll feel like you're a world away, yet you're only 5 minutes from both Avoca Beach and Terrigal.

Operating as a Guesthouse for small groups (up to 8) Surrounded by the native bushland of Kincumber Reserve, this Luxury Retreat is just one hours drive from Sydney and Newcastle, located on the beautiful Central Coast.

Terms & Conditions

Due to safety and evacuation requirements, rooms may only be occupied by a maximum of two (2) guests per room, per night. All rooms are non-smoking.

Payment Policy

All reservations are secured by credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard Amex or EFTPOS) at the time of booking and a booking confirmation will be sent to you once complete.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to arrival may be transferred to an alternate date without penalty. However, cancellations received between 7 days & 48 hours of arrival will forfeit 50% of accommodation cost and if received within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit full (100%) cost.
