Damages:
Any damages that occur will be charged for.
Smoking Policy:
For the benefit of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted inside.
Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside.
Requests for early arrival before 12 noon, will incur a $50 charge.
Two persons requiring two separate Beds, a Laundry Charge of $55.00 applies.
Payment Policy
We only accept Visa & MasterCard – A 1.0% Surcharge applies to Credit Cards.The credit card you provide secures your booking.
A Expenditure Authorization will be obtained to confirm your booking.
A copy of your credit card will be required on arrival.
Upon booking a 20% deposit will be taken for your selected payment method.
If for what ever reason your credit card is declined when processing you will be contacted and your booking may be cancelled
Tariffs are not refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short due to weather, health or other circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
24hr notice is required for cancellations otherwise 1 nights stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
No shows – will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
During the Easter holiday period (Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive) and Christmas/New Year peak period, fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation is required or you may be charged the full amount of those cancelled nights.
