Terms & Conditions

Hotel Policies and House Rules:
-A valid ID or passport upon check in for safety and security purposes
-We only can accept cash for payments for this time. Credit Cards are still not available.
-Aliria Bed & Breakfast is a non smoking property. There is a smoking area designated outside the premises of the building, roof deck Cafe area
- Loud music is strongly discouraged in all areas of the hotel.
- Bed includes full linen set up with pillow, sheets. Towel is also provided upon check in, damages or stains may entail charges to apply upon check out. Fleece blanket is also available upon request.
-Towels are provided upon check in.
-The common areas of the hotel is monitored by CCTV. Please note that Aliria Bed & Breakfast will not be held liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings of the guests.
-Any cut short of stay will be chargeable in full of the total accommodation cost on confirmation of the booking.
-50% accommodation charges are required to be paid 7 days prior to arrival date during Peak Period
-Please review your bill a night before your departure

Payment Policy

We now accept cashless payments in the hotel (E-wallet payments, Credit/ Debit card payments)

For advance BOOKINGS

Atleast 50% of total payment is required for booking to be reserved. Payment may be done via Bank Transfers as follows:

After payment is made, please send us the copy of the deposit slip or screen shot of confirmed bank transfer on option date so we can validate immediately. Otherwise no copy of deposit slip, we are not able to hold the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Should the reservation be cancelled within 3 days, penalty of the total room accommodation will be charged.

Half or Full deposit is non refundable on cancellation and no show.

Only Change of date of stay is allowed.
