Terms & Conditions

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All accommodation bookings and cancellations at Allusion Winery are taken in accordance with the following terms and conditions:


No refund will be given after arrival/check-in (ie. No refund for early departures).
A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at Allusion Winery on check-in if not already on file.
Any damage caused, losses, extra cleaning charges or outstanding amounts may be charged against that card without notice.
Minimum night stays may apply during Easter, Christmas and New Year holiday periods and for special events and long week-ends.
Infants under 2 years stay free if sharing bedding with adults.

While our tariffs generally match the rates shown on our website, all rates are subject to confirmation at the time of booking, and are subject to change.

Special requests are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking.
Management reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to be not the person named on the booking request or the person named on the credit card; from anyone not authorised to use the card; from anyone not able to pay for any charges; from anyone who may cause damage to the property or to other guests; from anyone who exhibits socially unacceptable behaviour; from anyone who may be younger than 18 years of age and not accompanied by a responsible adult; or from anyone who is concealing a dog or unauthorised animal.

Allusion Winery will not be liable for any damages or losses to any residents/guest’s vehicle or property.

SMOKING

All internal areas of accommodation are non-smoking areas.
A $300.00 cleaning and deodorising charge will apply if this guideline is breached inside accommodation. Please close doors and windows if you are smoking close to them.

LOST PROPERTY


Non–perishable lost property is held for a maximum of 1 month, after which the property is offered to charity or otherwise disposed of.  Guests are responsible for contacting us should any items be left at Allusion Winery after check-out are responsible for costs to have it returned.

PETS
 
As we are a working farm, pets are generally not encouraged at Allusion Winery.
Some pets may be considered, but it will be up to the discretion of the manager and will be subjected to a signed pet accommodation terms and conditions agreement.
The additional fee charged to guests traveling with pets, reflect the extra cleaning costs and/or maintenance expenses the accommodation incurs for accepting the pet.
The fee does not represent a financial penalty to the pet owner for simply bringing an animal to the establishment.

We reserve the right to eject any guest from Allusion Winery who is deemed by Management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner; causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language; or otherwise breaching Allusion Winery rules.
No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused, losses and extra cleaning charges.

Payment Policy

A non refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
Allusion Winery accepts direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard. No cash or cheques.
We will process the deposit charge against your credit card and email a confirmation to the email address supplied.
If your preferred method is direct deposit, please note that the funds need to be cleared in our account before confirmation is given. This is also applicable to the balance.
Balance is due 7 days before arrival and will be charged to your card on file including security deposit (Not applicable to Stayz bookings).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with 30 days or more notice- Deposit kept in credit with the property for future use (No expiry), balance will be refunded.
Cancellations with 14-29 days notice- Deposit kept in credit with the property for future use. Balance kept in credit with the property for future use.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice- Deposit kept in credit with the property for future use. Balance is forfeited unless property is able to be rented out at the same booking time minus admin fees of 10% of balance funds.
If the property is able to be rented out the balance will be kept in credit with the property for future use minus the 10% admin fee of balance.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and we will work with you as best we can to accommodate any unfortunate situations.
In most cases we can offer a credit and work with you on a new date but we reserve the right to apply the terms above if required.
