Aloha Byron Bay offers relaxed, contemporary, boutique accommodation in the heart of Byron Bay. We have a fully self contained 4 bedroom house and swimming pool. Along with three cosy, studio-style villas that share a pool, bbq area and poolside kitchen along with a brand new studio king room. We also have a two bedroom self-contained apartment. All rooms are spacious, stylish and comfortable, with quality furnishings and appointments. Within easy reach of the North Coast’s iconic surf breaks, beaches, rainforests, festivals, markets and villages, it’s the perfect base for the ultimate North Coast odyssey.

Aloha One Bedroom Studio Villas
​The studio-style, one bedroom villas are freshly renovated and feature quality furnishing and appointments. The three villas share a pool area with BBQ and poolside kitchen. They sleep up to four guests (2-adults and 2 children 5-12 years) with king or king-single beds and a sofa bed.

Aloha King Studio Room
This brand new studio style king bedroom located on the first floor is beautifully decorated in scandi style offering spacious accommodation and high spec bathroom. Shares the pool area including barbecue and poolside kitchen. Sleeps two guests in a comfortable king bed.

Kahale Beach House
With its spacious open plan living areas and four generous bedrooms, the newly renovated Kahale Beach House offers resort style accommodation to families and groups of up to eight guests. The large, open-plan living areas and spacious bedrooms offer plenty of room to relax with its own private pool, BBQ and outdoor recreation area. Group Bookings are available.

Two Bedroom Apartment
This brand new modern, scandi styled two bedroom apartment is the perfect stay for couples and families. Two gorgeously appointed king sized beds, fully self contained kitchen, laundry and spacious verandah. This apartment is located upstairs and shares the pool area including barbecue and poolside kitchen.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is between 2pm until 4pm. After hours check-in is available, please call +61488000735 24 hours prior to arrival for this check-in information should you be arriving after this time.
If you are arriving after hours we will be in contact with you on the day of your arrival to provide this to us.
Check out time is 10am on the morning of your departure. If you have not notified our office that you are unable to check out by 10am, a late fee (50% of one night's accommodation) will be charged to your credit card.

Access & Parking
Your set of keys allows you access to your accommodation, gate entrance and the pool house. Entrance to the Kahale Beach House is off Shirley St, the entrance to the Villas is off Dryden Street. If you are staying in any of the villas, you have access via the key pad on the wall located next to the rear lane gate. We provide secure off street parking and also have disabled parking available here. There is also ample free of charge street parking to the front and side of the property.

Servicing of your accommodation
Our rooms are not serviced, however if your stay is over 2 days, we offer a refresher service on the 3rd day and replace towels free of charge. If there is anything else you require throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to ask.

During your stay
You are requested to respect all other guests during your stay. There is to be no loud music, parties or gatherings. The property is strictly NON-SMOKING. Should this be not adhered to, a cleaning fee equivalent of a night's accommodation will be charged. All rooms are to be left in a tidy manner otherwise an additional cleaning fee will also be charged. Management reserves the right to have any guests escorted from the property at any time.

Breakfast
We provide a complimentary breakfast to all our guests. We work on a help yourself basis. You are free to utilise this facility at anytime throughout the day. Breakfast for the villas is located in the Pool House, the Kahale Beach House has it's own breakfast facilities.

Wifi
Wifi is free and the passwords are located on a notice in your villa or on the fridge in the main house.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard and direct deposit. Please contact us on +61 488 000 735 or via email at
bookings@alohabyronbay.com.au
should you wish to deposit monies into our bank account.
Please note that any stay in the Kahale Beach House will require a pre-authorised amount to be charged to you credit card as Bond on the day of your arrival. This amount will vary from $100 - $500 AUD depending on the number of guests staying in the house.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of your booking.
Should you decide to cancel your booking with us the following will be charged:

1. If it is cancelled 30 or more days from your arrival no charge will be taken
2. If it is cancelled between 8-24 days from your arrival, 20% of your total booking will be charged
3. If it is cancelled between 3-7 days from your arrival, 75% of your total booking will be charged
4 If it is cancelled with 48 hours of your arrival the full booking amount will be charged
