Check-in time is at 14:00 and Check-Out time is at 12:00 noon.
All hotel areas and facilities, with the exception of designated areas, are non-smoking. Violators shall be fined equivalent to 10 000 Php.
Strong-smelling foods like Danggit, Kimchi and Durian are not allowed in the rooms.

For the purpose of a secure transaction, please bring the physical form of the credit card used for your transaction upon check-in. The credit card used for transaction must belong to the guest checking-in at the resort, with the name on the credit card matching to the passport. Otherwise, another valid form of payment is required (by Bank Transfer). In the case of no valid form of payment, check-in to the resort is not permitted.

IMPORTANT: The Hotel is not liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, personal emergencies, flight or boat transfer cancellations due to bad weather. However, the room is rebookable, transferable but NOT REFUNDABLE. Rebooking must be booked within 90 days and can only be rebooked once and subject to rate difference and room availability.

Payment Policy

Non-refundable deposit of the total amount of your stay is required upon booking.

Rates are quoted in and will be processed in PHP (Philippines Peso) based on the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of the Philippines.

For bookings made under BANK PAYMENT:
Bookings are not considered guaranteed until bank deposit has been made before check-in date. Please send proof of bank deposit to email address: info@alonagoldenpalm.com

For bookings made under CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
Bookings are only guaranteed once credit card has been successfully charged prior to arrival. Guest shall be notified if credit card was unsuccessfully charged and alternative credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received on arrival date, or in the event of a no show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay/total number of room nights originally reserved.
