Andavine House Bed and Breakfast is located 1km from the picturesque, and mighty Clarence River. Grafton city is 5 minutes away by car, 2 minutes from the Gwydir Highway.
Andavine House Bed & Breakfast is an Ideal stop-over location for travel between Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR SERVICE NSW APP PROOF OF DOUBLE-VACCINATION READY UPON ARRIVAL for viewing, if required.

UPON ARRIVAL:
1. Be COVID-19-free for at least two weeks (no sore throat, runny nose, temperature, headache, lethargy, etc).
3. Please keep a 1.5metre distance from your Hosts inside (this sounds very anti-social, but we all understand why it is necessary).

CHECK-IN: 2 pm to 7 pm. If you will be arriving later than 7 pm, please contact us on +61 417 427 229 earlier in the day to advise us. Thank you.
CHECK -OUT: 7 am to 10 am.
WE HAVE A 'STRICTLY NON-SMOKING' policy for ALL interior rooms. There is a 'Smokers' ashtray on the balcony for your convenience.
WE ALSO HAVE A 'STRICTLY NO RESERVATIONS FOR PARTIES, WEDDINGS, HEN'S OR STAG'S AND SCHOOL 'END-OF-YEAR PARTIES POLICY.

HOUSE RULES - Important
We encourage you as our guests, to relax and unwind in your suite, on the rear balcony, in the gazebo, and in the back garden.
We ask that any alcohol be consumed responsibly. NO illegal substances and/or implements are to be brought and/or used on our property. ALL GUESTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOOKING GUEST.
Please respect our private and restricted areas e.g. our residence and the garages.
ALL breakages and/or damage to your Suite will be charged to your payment card.

PETS:
Your pets are welcome to stay with you if they are fully vaccinated, wormed, 'flea-free, and FRIENDLY.
Your pets remain your responsibility AT ALL TIMES.
PETS are NOT PERMITTED on beds and furniture! A $50 extra cleaning fee will apply due to non-compliance!
There is also a nominal pet fee of $15 per night for small pets, $20 per night for medium to large pets.

Payment Policy

REQUIRED: Full credit card details (incl. CVV Security code at time of booking.
CHARGES:
Your credit card details will be held as security only, until your arrival/NO SHOW.
Payment is due on arrival.
All credit card information is deleted after your payment.

Cancellation Policy

'NO SHOW' policy:
'NO-SHOW FEE: 100% of your first night's reservation tariff,
PLUS 50% of your remaining booked nights' tariff.

CANCELLATION policy:
100% of first night's accommodation is charged if your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of 2pm the day prior to your arrival.
