All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood and agree to abide, and be bound by, the following Terms and Conditions
Keys will be issued once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and paid all accommodation/ booking fees in full.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1:30pm. We are closed on weekends and Public holidays.

Our check-in time is from 2:00 pm, an early check-in may be arranged subject to availability. The check-out time is 9:30am; later check-out times are subject to availability and may incur a day use charge. If you are arriving after 1:30pm weekdays or on the weekend please ensure you contact reception 24 hours before arrival, to seek instruction on your check-in process.

PET POLICY:
Pets may be allowed to stay on approval from management, there are a limited number of units that are pet friendly.
Pets must not be left unattended at any time.
Please do not allow pets on the furniture or bedding.
Clean up after your pet inside and outside.
Any damage incurred by your pet will result in a damage fee being charged.

Payment Policy

A security deposit is required for all bookings. Payment of one night is required at the time of booking. With the balance payable on or before arrival. In the case of an after hours arrival please make arrangements to pay before check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free up to 7 days prior to your arrival date, however if you cancel your reservation after a deposit has been taken an administration fee of $35.00 will apply.
In the event of a non-arrival or there being less than 48 hours’ notice of departure, one nights accommodation will be charged.

Bookings made through online booking agencies will be subject to the online booking agency cancellation policy.
