Payment Policy

You may be charged up to the full amount at the time of booking. A credit card will be needed for security on arrival. This is to hold as a deposit against incidentals and damages. You may opt to put down a security deposit in cash (this will be accepted at the discretion of the management). If you have opted to pay by cash on arrival you need to contact the motel to make arrangements and this may not be possible during peak times. Payment Types Accepted Debit Card Master Card Visa Cash Eftpos facilities Check In and Check Out Times Check in is from 2:00pm on the day of arrival. Departing guests should vacate the room by 10:00am on the day of departure or as agreed to with the management.Office hours are from 7:00am to 10:00pm. Late check-in should be charged after 10pm.If you are planning to arrive after 6 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Fees chargeable to guests account include, and are not limited to: Smoking in rooms, room degradation (such as vomit, bodily waste, general damage, any problem sufficient to result in a room being withdrawn from its availability to be let) a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged, plus a daily room tariff equal to the daily tariff that we would charge if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by the management, in accordance with business demand on the day, until the said room has been returned to its saleable condition. Lost or stolen keys or TV remote controller will incur a $100.00 fee for each item. Attempts will be made to contact the guest who will be given the opportunity to return keys taken. Failure to do so will result in the fee being charged to their credit card or bond. Please note that motel rooms, all motel facilities and motel property is only for the enjoyment of registered guests. We do not allow visitors on the property. Pets and animals are not allowed on the property. A $50 charge is automatically charged for any unregistered guests on the property or pets plus extra cleaning charge.

Cancellation Policy

Please advise of any cancellations as soon as possible. We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date,
otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
*One night cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 14 to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. **100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or No show.
