Conditions générales

ON YOUR DAY OF ARRIVAL - SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is from 3 PM. The keys are in a key safe which is located on the lefthand side of suite front door. The key safe code will be sent to you few days before arrival.

ON YOUR DAY OF DEPARTURE - SELF CHECK OUT
Check out time is by 11 AM on the day of departure, please turn off fire place, air conditioner, close all windows and doors and close the door behind you. Please leave the key in the key safe (same code should be used).

No smoking in suites. If you wish to smoke please do it outside. Missing items will be charged to your account. Some pets by arrangement and under strict control may be allowed.

Standard cancelation policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us by email or phone.

If no show, full amount will be taken.
