Villa ensuites have beautiful Sheridan towels, ASPAR range of botanically active toiletries, lush bath robes, a double spa bath, a large separate shower, a toilet, and heated flooring, and towel rails.
The rate is room only but includes complimentary fresh full-cream milk, tea, and coffee.

This villa can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children (10 years and under)

With seven separate sleeping spaces and seven accompanying ensuites, each guest can rest well having ultimate privacy.
Rooms offer a king bed with luxury linens and a selection of sleeping pillows. In addition, lounge chairs, dining for two, bar size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, television, and much more.
Each villa also provides a smart television, Bluetooth speaker, gas fireplace, lounge area, outdoor furnished deck with a Weber BBQ, and equipped kitchenette.

Each accommodation room provides a private ensuite with rainfall shower head, vanity, toilet, plush bathrobes, hairdryer, ASPAR toiletries, and heated towel rails. Each villa also offers a separate double spa bath.

In addition, the Lodge building offers a delightful light-filled communal area with a sunroom, dining room with facilities to seat fourteen people, lounge with smart television, wood fire burner, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a full fridge, dishwasher, hot plate, Nespresso coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery, an array of glassware, platters, pots and pans. The space works perfectly as a wedding day room for wedding day preparations or for a group to come together, but still having your own private accommodation room and ensuite.

The property offers outdoor large grass areas, landscaped gardens, car parking, an outdoor solar-heated swimming pool, outdoor furniture, Weber BBQ and outdoor dining for fourteen people.

The owners live on-site and are available to assist if needed.

Terms & Conditions
• Once booked the Owners will make contact with you directly within 72 hours to confirm you agree the to following terms and conditions. The Owners will also email you the following terms and conditions for you to acknowledge and reply via email so that we have it on file that you agree and adhere to the terms and conditions. In the event you do not agree, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit paid will be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel once you have confirmed the booking the below cancelation policy applies.
• A $1000 bond is required for all group bookings. This can be via a pre-authorisation of a credit card or cash. Cash will be return at check-out once the accommodation has been checked. Pre-authorisation is just holding the funds on your card and expired 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
• The nightly rate listed is for a maximum of fourteen people. The property can accommodate a total of seventeen adults or up to twenty people if a combination of adults and children. Any person over the fourteen quoted will incur additional charges. Charges as follows; $120 per night per adult, $60 per night per child (3-12 years) and $30 per infant (up to 2 years and 11 months)
• A minimum of 2 nights apply to group bookings. A 3-night minimum may apply to some public holiday long weekends.
• Please note we DO NOT allow parties of any sort at the property unless discussed and approved by the owners, at an additional charge. People who are booked and accounted for in the booking are allowed back to the property after a wedding
• The nightly rate is to accommodate fourteen adults. Each villa can accommodate one extra person, taking the maximum to seventeen adults. Each extra adult is charged $120 per night.
• Children can be accommodated within a group. Please call to discuss and book if you have children part of your group
• Rate includes daily continental breakfast
• Daily housekeeping is NOT provided
• Araluen Boutique Accommodation will not be held liable for any personal injury resulting from intoxication
• We will not be held liable for any damage to personal items supplied by either staying guests or guests visiting
• Any supplier (make-up, hairdresser, photographer, videographer, florist, caterer etc) invited onto the property by yourselves to assist with wedding preparations or the group booking must have Legal Liability insurance (Certificate of Currency). In the event they are not registered business and do not have legal liability insurance we require each supplier to sign an insurance waiver, agreeing to cover any costs in the event they cause damage to the property or its furnishings.
• One week before arrival we require a contact list of any supplier you have invited onto the property to assist with wedding day preparations.
• If you decide to book Araluen final numbers, including the name and mobile number for each guest staying is required 1 week before arrival.
• We are happy for you to have photos taken on the property grounds. We do not charge for this, but require any photos that are posted to social media, that are taken at Araluen, that we are ‘tagged’.
• All bookings need to be secured with a 20% deposit at time of booking, with the balance payable one week prior to arrival at the property. We accept bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (3% surcharge) or cash.
• We require one form of payment and don’t take multiple payments for each room.
• A valid credit card, not a debit card is required to be kept on file

A group booking applies to one booking that has three or more rooms booked in one booking. The following rules apply for group bookings;
o Cancelation, date changes or reduction of rooms booked to the original booking, to a booking more than 120 days’ notice of scheduled arrival date: Booking deposit is refundable or transferable, minus an admin fee of $200
o Cancelation, date changes or reduction of rooms booked to the original booking, to a booking 119 days to 60 days of scheduled arrival date - A refund of your holding deposit will be granted, minus an admin fee $200 if / when we are able to FULLY rebook ALL rooms that have been cancelled for the duration of your booking
o Cancelation, date changes or reduction of rooms booked to the original booking 59 days or less, nil refund of the deposit and the balance of ACCOMMODATION ONLY is required
o Failure to arrive or cancellation after arrival: Nil refund is granted and your nominated credit card will be charged
o We understand unforeseen events can happen in life. If an unforeseen event occurs, please make contact with us ASAP and we will try to work with you to reaccommodate. This is always subject to availability and the discretion of the Owners of the property to approve.
o As the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is now well-known and understood, you will be booking knowing our following position - We will not refund a booking due to COVID-19 restrictions being imposed and/or extended or if the Bride and/or Groom get COVID (medical certificate needs to be supplied). We are happy to postpone or reschedule your booking to a new date with an admin fee of $200, subject to availability if it is within the same year of your original wedding date and on the same days of the week. Changes in days of the week, may include a price increase. The deposit you have paid will be transferred to your new booking. If a mutually agreed date is not available, we will hold a credit to the value of your original deposit, which can be used within 12 months of your original arrival date. If your new date is rebooked in a year following your original arrival, accommodation rates may increase between 2-5%.
• Communications with respect to booking amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) and must be acknowledged by Araluen management in writing.
