Our small piece of paradise embodies the definition of Arcadia “an unspoiled wilderness of simple, quiet pleasure“.
We invite you to join us on the picturesque sunset side of Rarotonga in one of our 3 stylishly appointed holiday homes set in large tropical gardens, with a spectacular shared pool and breathtaking Arorangi beach just minutes away.

COVID-19:
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE & SPECIFICALLY A POLICY THAT COVERS COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS.
All bookings require final payment 30 days before arrival. If you are forced to cancel due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions/flight cancellations/illness we offer a credit so you are able to re-book for a date in the future. We do not however offer refunds.
Payments
Please note all prices are in New Zealand dollars. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. For NZ guests your payments can be made directly into our NZ bank account. We accept Visa and MasterCard. A 3.5% admin fee is charged on all card payments.
Cancellation- Bookings cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, no deposit refunded. Cancelled within 30 days of arrival, full amount charged (unless room is resold).
*ECI/LCO: Normal checkout time is 10am / normal check in time is 2pm ECI (early check in) payable between 6am and 2 pm - LCO (late check out) payable between 10am and 6pm $150 NZD per service. Please note, standard check out/check-in times apply unless arranged prior.
We recommend booking an airport transfer on arrival. Your Arcadia Retreat contact will advise how best to do this.
Please take extra care when booking your dates of stay to take into account the Cook Islands timezone. Dates booked are final and any changes will incur fees or extra nights to be booked.
Each vacation home at Arcadia Retreat offers similar facilities. We have endeavoured to accommodate your specific villa request but cannot absolutely guarantee any particular vacation home prior to arrival.

A 25% deposit will be taken at time of booking with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If you prefer to use bank transfer for remaining balance, please email us for details (your booking is not confirmed until deposit has been processed).
