Hotel Policy / 酒店规定
Check-in time: 2:00pm. Early check-in can be requested, and may only be granted when associated rooms become available. Customer, who booked through I-Hotel website, will be provided a password to enter main entrance and room. Password is used to replace keycard or key to open door and room lock. Full payment of the room reserved must be settled upon checking in.
Checkout time: 11:00 a.m. Late checkout is subject to room availability. A half-day charge will be applied if checking out after 11:00 a.m. and a full-day charge will be applied if checking out after 5:00 p.m. The payment must be made in advance. I-Hotel reserves the right to remove an occupant's belongings from the room and rebook the room if an occupant fails to notify and pay in advance.
For an occupant who wishes to extend his or her stay, room charge must be paid before 11:00 a.m. on the day of extension. If an occupant fails to make payment prior to 11:00 a.m., I-Hotel reserves the right to remove the occupant's belongings and rebook the room. I-Hotel does not guarantee unpaid or unreserved room availability and price.
Due to capacity and space, we offer limited services on luggage storage to customers after check-in and check out.
In the event of "no show", your card will be charged for the 100% of the accommodation.
STANDARD SERVICE & CLEANING
Occupants must carry their pass-code with them at all times; receptionists are not available all the time. Bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and amenities are provided in each room upon check-in. They will be changed every other day unless they are requested. Clean bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels are available for upon request.
Free WIFI internet access is available in all I-Hotel rooms. Please ask reception staff for password.
Visitors are not allowed in the guesthouse between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. The number of occupants must not exceed the number that was provided on the registration form.Occupants are advised to keep noise level at a minimum at all times, especially between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Occupants must not cause disturbances for other occupants in any circumstances. Smoking is prohibited in all I-Hotel rooms at all times. Guests found smoking in guest's room will be charged HK$200 per day. Please keep the door locked at all times. Occupants are advised to bring all valuables with them at all times. I-Hotel is not responsible for damaged, destroyed, or lost luggage, or for the theft of luggage or valuables in areas that are accessible by the general public. A cleaning service fee will be charged when any food, drink, or other type of stains are found on the bed sheets/pillowcase/towels. Please ensure all furniture is in good condition before checking out, otherwise a compensation charge will be imposed. The charge will be determined by the manager. Pets are not permitted in any guest room at any time. Occupants can ask for assistance in locating local pet boarding.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
All occupancies must evacuate the building to a safe area in the speediest manner. I-Hotel will not be responsible for the loss of any property in case of an emergency.
PaymAll payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Extension and unpaid periods will be treated as a reservation and a 100% deposit is required. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.ent Policy
CUSTOMER'S RIGHT TO CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
If a customer wishes to change or cancel a reservation, this must be done by phone, email, or in person. Changes and cancellation made by email is only valid when customer receives a confirmation email from I-Hotel. Cancellation made less than (7) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 1 night charge. No show will incur 100% charge.
As One Hotel RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AND CANCEL
I-Hotel reserves the right to change or modify a reservation in case of circumstances caused by conditions beyond control that cannot be predicted, avoided or rectified.
