Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1) Green season booking (16 February - 31 October)
- Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrival at your hotel will be treated as a No-show and no refund will be given.

2) High season booking (1 November - 15 December , 16 January - 15 February)
- Any cancellation received within 10 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrival at your hotel will be treated as a No-show and no refund will be given.

3) Peak season booking (16 December - 15 January)
- Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrival at your hotel will be treated as a No-show and no refund will be given.

Notes:
- At check-in,All guests please present the credit card used to make this booking and a valid photo ID with the same name.
- Failure to do so may result in the hotel requesting additional payment or your reservation not being honored. If you have submitted additional documentation for a third party booking or paid via a different payment method, please disregard the note above.
- All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival. In the case of a no-show, your room(s) will be released and you will be subject to the terms and conditions or the cancellation/No-show Policy specified at the time you made the booking as well as noted in the confirmation email.
- The total price for this booking does not include mini-bar items, telephone usage, laundry service, etc.
- In case Breakfast is included with the room rate, please note that the hotel may charge extra for children travelling with their parents. If applicable, the hotel will bill you directly upon arrival, if you have any questions, please verify with us at +66(0)36-200-940-1

MODIFICATION POLICY:
Early Check-out & No-show:

Guest who early check-out prior to the end of their reservation will be subject to a minimum of one night’s room charge up to a maximum of the entire contract rate for the remaining reservation period.
For No-show, the Hotel to charge at full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked.

* Check in time from 14.00
* Check out time at 12.00 (midday)
* Late check out will be extra charge ( after 17:00 full day charge)

CHILD POLICY:
Child under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding is free of charge, maximum one child per room.
- Breakfast and other meals for children between 04 - 10 years will be charge at 300 Baht.
- Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one Extra Bed@1000/night (extra bed can be put in Deluxe Balcony, Golf field view villa, Rice field view villa, Royal Suite and Pool Villa Suite only)
- Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults (An Extra Bed for child is the same price as adult)
- A baby cot is available with free of charge for Infant under 4 years old.

PAYMENT POLICY

1. Downpayment at 50% of the total amount must be made in order for the booking confirm.

2. Payment thru any Credit Cards , have an additional of 2.4% of the full total amount .

3. Any downpayment made is non-refundable but it will be a Resort credit within 3 months validity.
