The proprietor of this property is not liable for the loss, destruction or damage of, or to, property belonging to guests on these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises. I agree to pay all charges and /or damages incurred by me and/or my invitee during my stay. If any damages are caused by me or any of my party, I authorize the Ballina Homestead Motel to deduct from my credit card, which details are listed above an amount to cover the damages. I agree that a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged to my credit card if the rooms/bathrooms are smoked in, or cigarette butts, or any ash are found in the room.
Check in at the Ballina Homestead Motel constitutes your acceptance of our House Rules and Regulations, a copy is available from reception.

EFTPOS/Debit card payments on arrival, need to be processed prior 3pm. If transaction is declined your booking will be cancelled by 3pm. Please ensure there are funds available on the day of arrival.
The booking must be paid in full prior to occupancy, but in any event no later than check in.
