Bellingdale Farm is a newly restored farm stay accommodation, located in the picturesque Tweed region in the Northern New South Wales suburb of Nunderi, with four unique boutique cabins and one spacious deluxe cabin. Bellingdale Farm is conveniently located only 20 minutes from the Gold Coast airport and surf beaches.

Terms & Conditions

The full amount for your stay must be paid within 48 hours of booking. Check-in is from 2:00 pm (NSW time). Early check-in is by prior arrangement only and may incur a fee; The departure time is 10:00 am (NSW time). Late check-outs are by prior agreement only and may be charged at $50 per hour or part thereof. Bellingdale Farm runs on NSW time.

By booking this room you agree to the following:
• I shall be personally responsible for all charges/damages/losses for the group occupying the room/s;
• To pay for any loss or damage during my stay;
• That I will not make any claim against the owner, management or staff for any damages or loss to my goods or valuables or personal injury or death during my stay, including all activities, facilities or use of the grounds;
• To pay a replacement fee for any keys lost or not returned on the departure date;
• To leave the property in a tidy state;
• Agree to the disclosure of personal information to persons requiring that information in the normal activities of maintaining the property on a day-to-day basis.
• Costs to be taken from my credit card for any breakages, losses, outstanding charges for additional services booked by me or my party or accommodation or any other such amount arising from the breach of this agreement and/or terms and conditions during my/our stay.
• To abide by all terms and conditions of Bellingdale Farm and acknowledge that those terms and conditions form part of the agreement and to abide by all directions by staff/management;

Bellingdale Farm has a strict NO PARTY POLICY and only the guests staying onsite at Bellingdale Farm are permitted to use the accommodation facilities. Bellingdale Farm will monitor any music, noise and complaints from other guests and neighbours. If our no-party policy is not followed guests may be required to forfeit all payments and may be asked to leave the property immediately. Please note, the accommodation tariff will not be refunded.

Payment Policy

All bookings must be paid in full and you will be required to provide a credit card prior to check-in to cover incidental charges. Please note, the person registering at check-in must be 18 years of age or over.

Cancellation Policy

30 days notice of cancellation is required for a refund, less a cancellation fee of $100.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: All monies paid will be forfeited if the room cannot be re-let for the entire period.

No-shows: all monies paid will be forfeited.
