Friday Hut Dining is an intimate restaurant space, nestled within the picturesque green hills of Possum Creek, Bangalow.
Sunday lunches showcase their chef’s ‘Tasting’ menu from 12pm onwards- multiple individually plated courses.
The philosophy of artisan cuisine delivers, seasonal produce that celebrates the plentiful region and its unique flavours.
The team at Friday Hut will pick you up and bring you back to Blackbird (or Byron), as part of your ultimate luxury experience.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking, you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking. If payment is not received by the due date, Blackbird Byron reserves the right to cancel the booking. If you have provided credit card details through our secure online portal, your card will be charged the full amount for the booking within 48hrs.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 12 -1 months prior to your arrival date a 35% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date a 50% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred. If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, a 75% cancellation fee of the total will be incurred. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival 100% of the booking total will be incurred.
