Bright 29 is a beautiful Hamptons styled holiday house perfectly located a 5-minute walk to the water park and brewery.
It includes luxury touches such as premium amenities, air-conditioned bedrooms, new bathrooms, two lounge rooms with fireplaces, front and rear decks for lounging, a premium BBQ and a firepit to gather around in the evening.
All 4 bedrooms have new Sealy beds that can be configured as King Singles or joined as a King. There is a lockable bike workshop & storage.

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning Fee
A $150 cleaning fee applies to all stays.

Security Deposit
Bright 29 reserves the right to hold Credit Card details and a driver’s license on file as security for any damages, excess cleaning and any extra charges that may be incurred during your stay. These card details will be securely kept for 14 days after departure and any damages or additional charges will be charged to the card within that time frame if needed. Once the 14 days after departure has passed the card details are automatically deleted from our secure system.
Bright 29 reserves the right to claim compensation from the credit card provided in the event of:
• The accommodation is not left in the condition it was found in relation to building, cleanliness and grounds.
• If excess cleaning is required beyond our allocated cleaning time of a property due to lack of care from guests or unapproved pets.
• If the amount of bedding that is used exceeds the number of guests in your booking.
• If keys are lost a $150.00 replacement fee will apply.
• Guests that fail to depart by 10am without having made prior arrangements with Bright 29 will be charged for the time our cleaning staff are kept waiting to gain access to the property.

Bedding configuration
Bright 29 offers flexible bedding configuration to guests upon request. The default bedding configuration is Master Bedroom and Bedroom 3 made as a King Bed, with Bedrooms 2 and 4 made with 2 x Single beds each. Please note that bedroom 4 is in a cottage separate to the main house.

WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider and Bright 29 will not be held accountable for outages.

No Parties
All disruptive parties and events are prohibited. In the event of disruption to neighbours, Bright 29 will gain possession of the property immediately and guests will be asked to leave with no refund.

Public Emergencies
In the event of guests being unable to travel to Bright or surrounds or having to vacate a property due to a Public Emergency or State Premier declaration, Bright 29 will offer a deferral of the reservation for up to 12 months without charge. Bright 29 recommends travel insurance for all guests to cover any losses incurred by booking cancellations or unforeseen circumstances.

Booking agents
Bright 29 bookings may be performed directly through or via independent Booking Agents (eg. AirBnB, Stayz, etc). Bright 29 takes no responsibility for the terms or conditions of independent Booking Agents and encourages guests to familiarise themselves with the terms of their Booking Agent prior to finalising reservations.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due 14 days prior to check-in and will be automatically charged to the card details originally provided.

A 1.50% fee will be added to Mastercard and Visa card payments.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to check-in date. If the booking is cancelled between 14 days and 3 days from check-in date, the first night tariff will be charged. No refunds are provided with less than 3 days’ notice from check-in date. A reduction in the length of stay or number of guests staying, once a booking has commenced, will not be refunded.
