Alinga Longa Apartments have a full kitchen, dining and lounge area. There’s a great courtyard out back and a sunny deck out the front. These renovated 2 bedroom apartments have a variety of bedding configurations sleeping up to 5 people so even the larger family can be really comfortable here.
Beyond the apartments there’s a great outdoor area which includes an undercover BBQ area and in-ground pool. Access from the rear of the property onto the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail and situated 800m from town. Alinga Longa has shared laundry facilities available for guest use.

Surrounded by the beautiful gardens of historic Clovelly House in the village of Metung this quaint cottage has a Queen sized bed, ensuite with a double spa and a cosy living/dining area making it a delightful couples retreat. A well equipped kitchen with fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, double electric hotplates and microwave plus a private balcony with gas bbq all add to the ambience of the cottage.
Clovelly House is now the permanent residence to retirees Peter and Kerrie and their Chocolate lab, Cadbury.
Situated within 800 m of Metung Yacht Club Marina and 200m to the village.
The cottage features a wood heater (wood not supplied) and reverse cycle air conditioning

These freshly renovated contemporary 2 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 5 people in two separate bedrooms. Fully equipped with HDTV, air conditioning, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Fully tiled bathroom includes an automatic washing machine with separate shower & toilet rooms for extra privacy. Set in stunning park like grounds with extensive flowering gardens, a swimming pool which is contained within a beautiful hedge and a ¾ tennis court available for guest use free of charge. With undercover carport parking and lock up bicycle storage. Direct access to the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail from rear of the property and situated about 1km from Bright town centre.

This two bedroom cottage is ideally located just a short walk from the heart of Metung Village and the beach.
Located amongst the village atmosphere of Metung, you are just a short stroll from high quality cafes and restaurants, shops and beaches. Or stay in and enjoy the large 2-person corner bath, well-appointed kitchen, and beautiful garden.
There are two bedrooms with the following configurations

WAYNE'S PLACE, 2 Back Porepunkah Road, Bright VIC *Sleeps up to 10 people
Situated on the river with direct access to Canyon Walk from the rear this wonderful, casual house is a perfect base when holidaying in Bright. There’s a great swimming hole within 20 metres and town centre with it’s many cafes, shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk away. The outdoor area complete with firepit (wood supplied) and bbq make it perfect for a relaxing family holiday or getaway with your friends. And yet the countryside views and the position make it a very private retreat.
Accommodation is over 4 bedrooms and with a sofa bed in the lounge even larger families will be really comfortable here. A fully equipped Kitchen and one bathroom finish the property. Wayne's Place is pet friendly, Fees Apply and a Pet Policy and Agreement is required which outlines your responsibilities as a pet owner and advises you that should the pet cause any damage or excessive cleaning you will be charged as deemed necessary.
Your host, Wayne, lives next door and as a local would love to share his knowledge of the area with you.

Terms & Conditions
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed to in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed to in advance or we reserve the right to terminate your stay.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional costs.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Theft and Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Pets are allowed at Alinga Longa Apartment 2, Clovelly Cottage, Metung Cottage and Wayne's Place.
NO pets are allowed at Grevillea Gardens apartment 3 or Tranquil Waters.
Pet fees do apply and a Pet Policy Agreement is required which outlines your responsibilities as a pet owner and advises you that should the pet cause any damage or excessive cleaning you will be charged as deemed necessary.
Strictly no smoking is permitted inside our properties.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement in writing.
While we will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
We ask that you carefully read through your booking details, our Terms and Conditions and other information.
Should any amendments be necessary please contact us.
We will require a credit card number to be provided as security on every accommodation booking regardless of whether the credit card is used as means of payments.
Payment of the accommodation rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our Terms and Conditions including the acceptance of your credit card being held as security against any costs incurred for any damage/breakage/loss/ excess cleaning arising from your stay.
In the event of damage/breakage/loss/excessive cleaning cost a fee will be charged on your credit card to recover costs.
Upon successful inspection after your departure card details are destroyed.
Payment Policy
A 50% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of reservation to secure the booking.
Payment of the accommodation rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our Terms and Conditions including the acceptance of your credit card being held as security against any costs incurred for any damage/breakage/loss/ excess cleaning arising from your stay.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy.
If you have booked within 14 days of arrival full payment will be required immediately after the 24 hour grace period ends.
If booking is taken within 48 hours of arrival payment is required immediately (Grace period does not apply)
Cancellation if caused by the client, all monies paid to date of cancellation are not refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period of your stay.
If a refund is made due to the property being re-let an administration fee of $99 will apply.
If payments are not received we reserve the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Payments are required via Direct Internet Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE BE ADVISED OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation if caused by the client -
All monies paid at time of cancellation are not refundable.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival and after final payment has been made no refund will be given.
Exception - In the event that we are able to re-let the property for the entire period of your stay we may refund less an administration fee of $99.
COVID-19 Special Conditions -
If you have made your booking directly with us and NOT through a third party site such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc and cancellation is necessary due to covid-19 lockdown restrictions and the subsequent inability to travel we will refund all monies paid without penalty.
If you booked through a third party we cannot guarantee full refund
Please note full refund will be made only in the event of cancellation due to covid-19 restrictions.
All other circumstances are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
