Brush Ski Lodge is a modern spacious 40 bed lodge, designed by skiers for skiers & riders, offering all the best in an alpine holiday. There are a variety of room types ranging from private Family with En Suites to Bunk rooms. It has a great family atmosphere with room to move, spa, sauna, cinema room, guest laundry, a great location and lower midweek and family rates. We are open both in our fabulous white winter and sensational green summer seasons.

Terms & Conditions

Due to COVID-19, check in and check out times will need to be met in order to adequately clean the Lodge between guests.
Check-in time is from 4 pm until 11 pm. Room check-out time is by 10.00 am and Lodge check-out time is by 1.00 pm.
You MUST bring your own bed linen (including topsheet or doona cover) and towel or you can hire. Sleeping Bags are NOT allowed.
Online bookings are subject to ratification by our Booking Officer, especially due to COVID-19 as the Brush Ski Club may need to make changes in line with government guidelines.

Please refer to "Information for guests" on our website http://www.brushskiclub.com.au/information-for-guests/ and we strongly recommend always checking the latest road conditions on the Mt Hotham website before travelling to the mountain http://www.mthotham.com.au/.

For Summer:
For summer bookings, a minimum of 7-days advance and multi room booking is required. Please contact us either by email (bookings@brushskiclub.com.au) or phone (1800 653 749) if wishing to stay sooner or to arrange group bookings (special rates available). Please note that whilst most lodge facilities are also available in summer, the spa is subject to a $100 fee (per day, per booking) if available. Guests will need to provide for their own breakfasts and perishable provisions and there is an additional cleaning service fee for lodge cleaning (unless separately pre-arranged).

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to secure a booking. For on-line bookings made with a credit card, a payment receipt will be separately emailed from our payment gateway - please contact us if not received within 24 hrs.

For other payments, please use the secure payment link on our website at http://www.brushskiclub.com.au/ (select 'Make a Secure Payment' under our Bookings menu and enter the information required).

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CHANGES
For 2021 any Brush bookings for Summer or Winter seasons will be able to be cancelled (by you or by the Brush Ski Club) and fully refunded if you are unable to attend because of a COVID-19 illness or due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The normal booking change policy, as follows, applies for non-COVID-19 related changes.
For bookings cancelled with more than 21 days notice, a refund will be given, less a cancellation fee of 10%.
After this deadline, if the booking officer can resell the booking, a refund will be given less 10%.
If the booking officer is unable to resell the booking, no refunds can be given.
Any changes to dates booked will also incur a 10% fee.
Cancellation fees due to a non-COVID-19 medical or other emergencies may be waived by consideration by the club's committee. Please allow three weeks for processing of any refunds.
