Terms & Conditions
> A deposit of $100 per night will usually be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking with the balance due during stay. (This does vary however according to who you have booked through).
> Credit Card authorisation is required at the time of check-in.
> All registered guests must be over 18 years of age.
Payment Policy
Unless prearranged, a deposit is required to secure a booking. (Usually $100 per night)
Unless prearranged, balance is then taken at time of stay.

Cancellation Policy
Captains Retreat is permitted by Goverment to remain open during lockdowns for essential workers, not for people traveling for leisure.
Thanks for understanding that, unless we are able to re-let your room, we will need to charge for it if insufficient notice has been given.
This is because we have promised to keep it for you in good faith and will have therefore turned away other guests. The more nights you have booked, the more difficult it will be to re-let those rooms at short notice. So please give us as much notice as you can.
Unlike many accommodation providers, we do give a refund if we are able to re-let your room (less a small administration fee of $20).
Cancellations must be made by phone on (03) 9397 0352 between 8am and 9pm or after that by email to bookings@captainsretreat.com.au
NOTICE REQUIRED according to length of stay:
1-3 days: 48 hours notice required
4-13 days: 1 weeks notice required
14 days +: 2 weeks notice
CANCELLATION FEE:
$20 per block of consecutive blocks (irrespective of length of stay or number of blocks). NB: If cancellation is due to COVID lockdown the cancellation fee remains $20.
