Payment Policy
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of $100.00 per room per night is required on booking. Payment can be made by Direct Credit, or by Visa or Mastercard. See our cancellation policy. On booking, credit card details will be requested as security. Final payment of the accommodation cost will be debited from this card a maximum of 2 weeks before the arrival date, unless another payment method is preferred, such as direct credit, cheque or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy refunds all but $30.00 handling fee if it is necessary to cancel 28 days prior to the date of your booking. If the booking is cancelled between 28 days and the date of the booking, we regret that we cannot refund the deposit, unless we are able to fill the booking. In most cases, we are able to transfer the deposit to another future booking. In the case of cancellations 14 days or less before the booking date, the full amount is payable if it is not possible to rebook the room.
