SMOKING: No smoking in rooms or anywhere on site at anytime. We are a smoke free environment.
PETS: No pets allowed
CHILDREN: Children need to be supervisor at all times as there is a pond on site.
NOISE: Excessive or offending noise from any source is forbidden on site at all times.
SAFETY ON SITE: Please observe all safety signs and exercise due care for all guests.
INTOXICATION: Intoxicated persons are not allowed on site.
CHECK OUT: Please leave Cottage in same condition as you found it.
BREAKAGES/DAMAGE: All breakages and damage will be charged for.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time.
No refunds will be given if you are on site and we consider your behaviour to be unacceptable, or you fail to observe full safety precautions and hence asked to leave.
If you find it necessary to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible - please read Cancellation Policy.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit will be charged at 30 days before arrival
Payment in full on or before arrival.
Payment can be made using either Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, or proof of internet banking or cash (NZ Dollars only).
Please always supply credit card details at time of booking, but if your preferred method of payment is internet banking please let us know and we will not process your credit for the deposit. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
We reserve the right to request documentation as evidence of booking fee deposit before any refund is given.
