Chalet on Percheron is nestled in nature and perfectly positioned just 2km from Margaret River township and a 5-minute drive to our famous Surfers Point and River Mouth beaches, golf course, and our world-famous wineries.

Your peaceful Margaret River retreat awaits. Chalet on Percheron is the place to reconnect, recharge, and restore. It combines country charm with contemporary interiors offering spacious accommodation suitable for couples, small groups, families, and retreats.

The property is home to native kangaroos that can be seen from the main deck grazing on the lawn area and a host of birdlife can be enjoyed while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor lounge.

For the more energetic guest, bike trails and walking trails will take you directly to the beach or into town.

We offer a private, relaxing, and spacious atmosphere to help you unwind and take in all that Margaret River has to offer. Your hosts, Sunny and Rebecca Hannan, live in the adjoining house on the property. Your privacy is respected to the utmost at all times. Both Sunny and Rebecca keep a very low profile, however, they are available for you should you require anything during your stay.
