Arrival and Departure Times
The check in time is 2.00pm and departure time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. Special arrangements can be made for early check-in and late check-outs.

Smoking Policy
Cherubino Guest Houses is a strictly non-smoking property. All guest rooms, living spaces and balconies are non- smoking. A $200 special cleaning fee will be levied in instances where this policy is not adhered to.

Minimum Age Requirements
In order to reserve a guest house and check in to our property you must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid government issued identification and credit card. The hotel requires that someone at least 18 years old must occupy the guest house and be responsible for all activity that takes place if traveling with a minor. We do not accept bookings for leavers at any of our properties. If the booking is deemed to be for reason of leavers, the owners reserve the right to revoke or refuse to honour the booking, at any time before or during the holiday rental period.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in our guest houses and hotel public areas, with the exception of registered service animals. The relevant paperwork must be provided to support this request. If you attempt to check in with pet the charge for the full stay will be charged and your stay will be cancelled as we cannot re book at short notice, your bond will not be retuned If pet is brought on site a $2000 deep clearing fee will be applied as we reserve the right to ask you to immediately leave the property.

Internet Policy.
Due to the nature of our location, we utilise a satellite connection for our complimentary wifi. This connection can be impacted at times, and a secure and steadfast reception may not always be possible. Please also consider other patrons and limit your usage, keeping downloads to a minimum.

Payment Policy

30% DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING WITH REMAINING BALANCE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD 4 WEEKS BEFORE CHECKIN. AT THIS TIME A $500 SECURITY BOND WILL BE TAKEN. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER THE FINAL CLEAN.

Direct Bank Deposit, Mastercard and Visa Payments accepted only. Mastercard and Visa payments incur a 2% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Property Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your reservation. Should this occur, please note that as a small establishment, cancellation fee will be incurred.
If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than (30) thirty days’ notice, then your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 accounting fee.
If less than thirty (30) days’ notice is given a cancellation fee of 20% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged. If less than fourteen (14) days’ notice is given 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged.
No cancellations are accepted upon the day of arrival, after check in and long weekends. Guests are charged for the total of their reserved stay under all circumstances unless sufficient notice as outlined above is given. Cancellations by Cherubino Guest Houses due to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or any such circumstances out of the property’s control any monies held will be eligible for a 12 month credit only.
