Terms & Conditions
1. Check-in time is from 14:00 and checkout time is strictly until 12:00NN. Failure to check out by 12:00NN shall be charged Php100/hour/head. Early and late check in is allowed upon advise and availability. Please email or contact us directly to confirm your early/late arrival time.
2. A key deposit of Php500 shall be collected upon check in but will be returned upon check out. Loss of key shall forfeit deposit.
3. Extension of stay should be informed to the reception at least a day before and must be duly acknowledged by Chief Mau Staff to be reflected in the Bookings/Availability board. Should your name be not on the board on the said day, you will be kindly asked to check out by 12:00NN.
4. Cancellation of stay shall only be refunded 50% of the total charge of the cancelled nights.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage in and/or to the room rented.
6. No Smoking Inside the Rooms.
7. No outsiders/joiners are allowed to stay inside the dormitories. (But are very much welcome to chill with you at the lounge)
Payment Policy
1. Full payment upon check-in.
2. Credit Cards accepted upon arrival but with 4% charge.

-No shows shall be charged for the first night.
