Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are intended for your safety and ease of use of our services.

Please read and understood terms and conditions before making a booking. By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

A credit card is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.

Guests may be asked to produce photo ID at check-in that matches the guest name on this booking.

If damages to property occur during your stay, Clocktower Suites will debit your credit card to cover the repair or replacement.

Clocktower Suites is a strictly non smoking building. Should you choose to ignore this policy you will be asked to leave and you will charged in full for your entire stay plus an additional $300 for specialist cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the room.

Lost keys will be charged at $30 per key to replace.

If remotes for electronic gate are lost or not handed in at time of checkout there will be a charge of $95 per remote.

For any damage caused by you to the property, we will charge your card to make repairs or for additional cleaning to the room. The amount charged to your card on file will be at our discretion and will fully compensate us for our losses incurred from your conduct.

Management accept no responsibility for any valuables left in your room or vehicle.

One vehicle per suite, if you arrive with additional vehicles there will be no alternative arrangements made and you may have to park on the street at your own risk.

Clocktower Suites does not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except as may be required by law. Clocktower Suites may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to Clocktower Suites interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.

Clocktower Suites has the authority and the right at any time it sees fit to change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions.

Payment Policy

Full payment may be taken at any time from when the booking is made up to the time of arrival using the card on file

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check in. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours prior to check in, the full reservation fee will be charged to the card on file
