Cloud Valley Estate is a unique 4 bedrooms house which overlooks Nambucca Valley.
Situated high above sea level with uninterrupted views north towards Coffs Harbour and south to the Macleay Valley. Wake up above the clouds and watch the sun rise over the ocean each morning, will leave you feeling on top of the world.
Nestled in the tranquillity of the mountain forest just 20 minutes drive to some of the best beaches Australia has to offer. This is the perfect location to relax, reset and enjoy.
The space
Built in 1982, the house is split between 2 levels. You will find the master bedroom on ground level and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The 7 meters raked ceiling sits above a beautiful exposed brick fireplace which is the heart of the home.
The house has undergone stage 1 of a 3 stages refurbishment plan. More improvements to come.
Each bedroom can be configured into a king size bed or 2 king singles.

Entire house and surrounding gardens.
Other things to note
Please be mindful the property is a working avocado orchard. Farm equipment may be in use on the property during your stay. We request that guests do not enter the machinery sheds or be within 50 meters of farm equipment while it is being used.
