Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions of accommodation.
By proceeding with your reservation you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Reservations are not held without a deposit. To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required. Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. The payment and receipt of deposit monies to Clover Cottage Country Retreat will be deemed as accepting all booking terms and conditions.
Full payment or balance of account is payable prior to check out. Payments are accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or by Direct Debit for deposits only). Prices quoted are in AUD and all payments must be made in AUD. Cheques are not accepted for balance payment on arrival. A current credit card (not debit card) will need to be produced on check in as security.

Check-In Time is from 2pm To 8pm on day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-Out Time is by 10am on the day of departure.
On-Site parking provided free of charge for nominated guests only.
Nominated guests only to be accommodated in the cottage. All guests must be registered with reception in the event of an emergency. Invited non-registered guests must vacate the premises by 10pm unless other arrangements with management have been approved.
An adult must accompany persons under the age of 18 years of age.
Cottage Servicing – a full cottage clean & linen change is an optional extra available for $70 per service. Guests staying for 5 or more days can elect to receive a complimentary full service on the third day of their stay.
Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the cottages. Smoking is permitted on the cottage verandah only and all butts must be disposed of in the supplied containers. If guest are found to be smoking inside the cottage a deodorizing/cleaning charge of $200 will be charged.
Noise and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in eviction with no refund. A noise curfew from 10pm is in place for the comfort of all guests.
No pets allowed on the premises.
Please note that we do not take a security deposit but we do keep a record of your credit card details in your booking. As per the terms of the Guest Registration Form this authorizes us to charge any costs for damages, cleaning or breakages directly to your credit card. The cardholder agrees to these terms and conditions by proceeding with this payment or booking.

Payment Policy

• To confirm a Booking at Clover Cottage Country Retreat, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost is required. The balance will then be payable on arrival.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard or Electronic Funds Transfer. For EFT please email for Bank details.
• All prices Include GST.

Cancellation Policy

• A fee equal to half of your total booking amount will be charged for cancellations when less than 14 days notice is given. When greater than 14 days notice is given you will receive all your deposit refunded less a $50 administation fee.
• A change of date notification given less than 14 days will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will only be transferred to an ammended booking date if the cottage is re booked for that cancelled period. A $50 administration fee will apply to all ammended booking arrival dates.
