Captains Cottage Book
Enjoy seclusion, spa baths, log fires and stunning rural views - Captain's Cottage is a studio cottage with a maritime theme. It features a magnificent canopied queen-sized bed, kitchen with gas stove, fridge and small dining area. There is a lovely, fully functioning, open fireplace in the living area with a mantlepiece crafted from local red-gum timber. The bathroom includes a corner spa with shower over.
Captain's Cottage is the perfect choice for either that romantic escape, or simply ideal to take a break away and unwind in the serenity of the countryside. Fully self-contained, all our cottages are separate, with enough space around to ensure tranquility.
Back and front verandahs run the width of the cottage providing a relaxing place to enjoy the views, listen to the birds and watch the sun rise and set.

Miner's Cottage is a studio cottage with an industrial antique theme. It features a vintage queen-sized bed, kitchen with gas stove, fridge and small dining area. There is a lovely working open fireplace in the living area, and the bathroom includes a corner spa.
Like the Captains Cottage, the Miner's Cottage would suit a single or couple, with all the romantic features and decor to ensure a unique time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Though ideal for a couple, a portacot can be provided on request. Back and front verandahs run the width of the cottage providing a relaxing place to enjoy the views, bbq your dinner and have that nice glass of local wine.

Orchard Cottage Book
The Orchard Cottage was constructed in 2011 with old world charm and modern comforts. It features wide verandahs, recycled timber throughout, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning plus a wood heater for a cozy feel on cool nights.
Orchard Cottage is ideal for a family or group, with three bedrooms (one with bunks - perfect for the kids, one with a double bed and one with a queen bed) and a large kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full size gas oven and stove, microwave, fridge and a timber dining table that comfortably seats six. The generous bathroom features a corner spa and large standalone shower.
The front and back verandahs have seating for you to enjoy the peaceful rural outlook, listen to the abundant bird-life and to watch the sun rise, with cup of tea or coffee in hand. There is a Weber bbq on the back verandah where you can watch the children play as you enjoy a glass of local wine whilst cooking your dinner. This cottage also has a fully equipped laundry.

Terms & Conditions
Weekend Rate
From $230 per night per couple - with a first morning breakfast starter pack of bacon, eggs, cereal, bread, etc.
Minimum 2 night stay weekends - Friday and Saturday nights
Weekday Rate
From $220 per night per couple - with a first morning breakfast starter pack of bacon, eggs, cereal, bread, etc.
An additional $30 per night for each extra adult and $25 per night for each extra child (applicable to the Orchard Cottage.)
Minimum three nights on long weekends, Easter and and 4 nights during Christmas/New Year.
Extended stay rates available on request.
All linen, bath towels (no beach towels), soaps, etc. are provided.
We provide pet friendly accommodation.
Pets must be under your full control at all times. Please consider other guests and collect and dispose of droppings appropriately - bags are provided for this.
Pets are to be kept off all furniture and should have their own bedding.
Please respect our property, should any breakages occur or repairs be necessary, please let us know.
*A child is anyone who is over one year of age or who requires a bed of their own, and is less than 16 years of age. For an infant under two years and in your own portacot there would be no additional charge. We can supply a portacot should it be required for a minimal fee of $5 per night.
Payment Policy
Payment can be made by credit card online, direct bank deposit (BSB: 083 894 Acc: 67 365 9061) or cash.
A deposit of the first nights payment is required at time of booking, balance to be paid before or on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival - full refund less $50 administration fee.
2 to 14 days - full refund less $50 administration fee (covers time and consumables)
0 to 2 days - 25% refund - 75% forfeited
We recommend travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of circumstances resulting in your cancellation.
