Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully as these conditions apply to any guest occupying the motel, and/or visitors of the principle guest.
Tariffs must be paid by cash, eftpos or credit card.

LOW SEASON: Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of check in date are 100% refundable.*
LOW SEASON: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check in will be charged at the amount equivalent to the first nights accommodation charge.*
*PEAK/GROUP/SPECIAL BOOKINGS: 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
*PEAK/GROUP/SPECIAL BOOKINGS: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date are 100% refundable.**
*PEAK/GROUP/SPECIAL BOOKINGS: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are NON refundable and will be charged at the amount equivalent to 50% of the value of the booking.**
Payment for balance must be finalised as least 7 days prior to arrival for all peak school holiday bookings.**
**Non arrivals will be charged at the amount equivalent to the first nights accommodation.*
Late arrivals and early departures will be charged at the standard tariffs.
All Bookings to be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.
Guest registration form must be signed before occupancy commences.
A valid credit card is required to secure a room booking and is conditional of entry.
Guest are responsible for damage to the premises or for loss or damage to any item on the premises including but without limiting the generality of the forgoing furniture, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and fittings. The guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise including additional cleaning charges at the manager's discretion.
Non-smoking - In the event of any physical evidence, or residual odour, which indicates that smoking of any form has taken place inside a guest room, a charge of $250.00 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in. This charge will cover the cost of steam cleaning the carpet and other soft furnishings, and of laundering all bedding.
Zero tolerance party policy - In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the motel, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests at all times, and to be quiet between 10pm and 7am. No group congregations in individual guest rooms is permitted or tolerated. Immediate eviction with no refund applies to any breaches of this policy.
Property Damage - Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purposes.
Managers Discretion - Management is entitled to exercise discretion and either revoke a booking or resell a room in the following instances:
- If a guest arrives to check-in in an intoxicated or disruptive state
- Has not confirmed the booking or forwarded deposit monies by the required date
- Fails to arrive within a reasonable time of the advised ETA.
*Peak/Group/Special bookings include but not limited to - Christmas school holiday period, Easter, Public Holiday long weekends and Noosa Tri weekend.
**The onus is on the guest to advise of any delays for arrival time and need to advise if they plan to arrive after 5pm**

Payment Policy

Accommodation charges are payable, using an acceptable method by the Motel, at check-in during non peak periods. If staying over a peak school holiday see Special Terms and Conditions.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies to Master or Visa card payments and 3.5% for American Express.
LOW SEASON: A valid credit card is required to secure a room booking and is a condition of entry, however you may pay with eftpos or cash on check-in. We do not accept cheques.
ADDITIONAL - PEAK/GROUP/SPECIAL BOOKINGS: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
PEAK/GROUP/SPECIAL BOOKINGS: Balance due 7 days prior to arrival date
If making a new booking LESS than 30 days to arrival for a PEAK/GROUP/SPECIAL booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Direct Debit: Funds must clear in our bank account 48 hours prior to guest arrival in LOW SEASON. Proof of transfer/receipt or remittance advice is requested for issued invoices at stay@cooroynoosaaccommodation.com.au
