Terms & Conditions

GUEST GUIDELINES:
*Children 11 yrs. old below are free of charge based on bed sharing, an additional of Php250/ night will be charged for breakfast
* Coral Cliff Hotel is not liable for loss of personal property; Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables. Safety Deposit key is available at the Front Desk for your valuables.
* Check-out time is 12:00nn; Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Extension of stay will incur a half day charge at Php 300.00 per hour with the maximum of two hours stay only, exceeding the maximum time will be considered as one night stay and will be charged automatically.
*In case of early check- out,  Reductions in the length of stay are subject to the full value of the reservation and is non-refundable(including taxes & OTA Commissions)
*Late checkout requests or extension of stay require a 12hour notice and is subject to availability
*As per our Hotel Policy, we clean the rooms daily. Should you wish to not have your room cleaned, kindly put the Do not disturb sign on your door.
*Please note that Make-up room requests will only be accommodated from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
*Lost or damaged key will be charged at Php 500 per card. You may leave the key at the Front Desk upon leaving the hotel premises for safekeeping.
*Smoking/Cooking inside the guest room or bathroom is strictly prohibited, a Php 5000 penalty per offense will apply. However, Smoking is allowed in the balconies.
*Please immediately report to the Front Desk of any property damage or broken fixtures for prompt repair.
*Items on loan from Front Desk shall be returned upon check out to avoid a replacement charged to the guest account.
*Coral Cliff Hotel has a No Pet Policy
*Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise at a minimum in public areas and refrain from loud music and noise after 10 PM
*Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guests – for instance lingering smell from market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism – will be charged at a full night stay and/or reimbursement of loss/cost of replacement.

As part of our support and in compliance with Executive Order No. 26 “ PROVIDING FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT IN PUBLIC AND ENCLOSED PLACES”. Coral Cliff Hotel management prohibits smoking/vaping or any activities that might cause fire or smoke in all guest rooms and in within the hotel premises. We notify our guests of this policy on the registration form signed upon their arrival.

Contrary to advising you about our policy on smoking and yet we have discovered evidence of such activities. A penalty of Php 10,000 will be applied to your account and if found any damage in the installed smoke detector, Php 20,000 will be imposed. Please be reminded that the whole area covered with an advanced fire alarm system being monitor in a panelboard located at the reception area. The designated smoking area is located in the rear garden only.

Payment Policy

50 % deposit is required prior to arrival to secure booking.
We only accept Cash (PHP) or payment via Paypal

Full payment for the entire stay must be settled at the hotel during the check-in process.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Late cancellation and no shows are subject to the corresponding penalties
No Shows – 100% No Refund.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50 % of total accommodation charge.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival is subject to 100% of total accommodation charge.
Cancellation administration fee applies.
Cancellation during peak dates will forfeit whole amount of stay

In case of early check- out  Reductions in the length of stay are subject to the full value of the reservation (including taxes)
