Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person responsible for the booking (the Guest) agrees to the following terms and conditions and these terms and conditions extend to any person occupying or visiting the Apartments at the invitation of or with authority of the Guest.
1. Upon receipt of this confirmation email – PLEASE SEND A SCANNED COPY Of YOUR DRIVERS LICENCE OR PHOTO ID to guest@cosycornerseaviewapartments.com
2. KEYS
Keys are located in a LOCK BOX the outside of your Apartment, please place keys back in Lockbox on departure and re – lock. You will receive an email advising you of YOUR unlock code.
3. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in time is 2pm - Check out time is 10.00 am unless by other arrangement.
4. ROOM OCCUPANCY
Only the number of people designated on booking/check in may stay overnight.
5. CLEANING POLICY
– It is expected that a Guest will leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state. Should additional cleaning be required after departure, an additional charge will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
– Each Apartment has its own barbecue and it is expected that it be left clean state. A $50 charge and will be applied for any uncleaned BBQ's.
– If a guest is staying more than 7 days, a complimentary clean will occur at an agreed time eg after 5 days, etc.
– All rubbish should be bagged and place in the rubbish bins outside Apartment 1. If the rubbish is left in the Apartment, a further cleaning fee of $50 will be applied.
6. SMOKING POLICY
– All apartments are strictly non-smoking. In the event of someone having smoked in the apartment, specialized cleaning and deodorizing treatment to remove all traces of the smoke will be required.
– A charge of $250 to the Guest’s credit card will apply if you or your guests are found to smoked inside the apartment.
– Smokers are asked to smoke outside away from open windows or doors.
7. NOISE/PARTIES
– In the interests of quiet enjoyment for guests of the Apartment, a no party policy applies. Group congregations in individual apartments that involve excessive alcohol consumption and/or result in any noise or disruption to other guests will not be tolerated.
8. VISITORS/PURPOSE
– The property must not be used for unlawful purposes and guests are requested adhere to the rules to ensure every guest’s peaceful enjoyment of the location.
9. ACCIDENTAL OR WILFUL DAMAGE
The Guest’s credit card will be charged accordingly if they (or their guests) subject the apartment to accidental or wilful damage.
10. PETS/ANIMALS
- No pets/animals are allowed at the Apartments.
- In the event that traces of someone having a pet/animal in the apartment, specialized cleaning and deodorizing treatment to remove all traces of the pet/animals will be required.
– A charge of $250 to the Guest’s credit card will apply if you or your guests are found to have had a pet/animals inside the apartment.
11. Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions apply to all persons who make a reservation to stay in a Cosy Corner Beach Apartment, regardless of how the reservation was made, by whom, or through any agent.

Payment Policy

Generally at time of booking unless otherwise stated a 50% deposit (minimum amount) is required to be paid, then full payment (balance) will be taken in the week prior to arrival.
If the booking is during the Western Australian School holidays, then the entire booking is non refundable.
The rate is for 2 adults. Additional adults charged at $30.00 each. Children are charged at adult rates.
Details of a valid credit card to be provided at the time of booking.
We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards: MasterCard; Visa; American Express and debit cards. A credit charge of 1.95% for Mastercard and Visa and 2.95% for American Express.
We do not take Diners Club. These fees will be charged on day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund within 48 hours of booking.
The following applies, unless the booking type has been flagged as Non-Refundable on the booking page.
Cancel 5 days before arrival - full refund minus an administration fee of $50.00.
Cancel within 2 - 5 days of the arrival the guest will be charged the first night's accommodation plus an administration fee of $50.00. Exception to this is bookings over long weekends and school holidays, where once payment has been processed it is non-refundable.
Cancel within 24 hours of arrival or the guest does not show, the full amount will be charged.
No refund given once client commences stay (checked in) for reduction in days (length of stay) or guest numbers.
No refund given once clients commences stay (checked in) under any circumstances.
The booking is non refundable if the booking is between December 23rd to 28th January of each year or during the gazetted April, July and October Western Australian School Holidays.
