Cancellation Policy
Special NON-Refundable Bookings are charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
If you cancel your standard booking more than 48 hours before arrival date, you will not be charged.
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before arrival date, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation.
Any booked nights cancelled after check-in will be charged.
Cancellation policies for block bookings and over Christmas / New Year/Easter, as well as for events like Ironman and Cycle Challenge may differ from those above and may require a Non refundable deposit. Please check with us when you book.
