Check-out time is 10.00am on the date shown. Late check-out up to 12.00 noon is at the discretion of management and anytime after this will incur a full day rate, entitling the guest to stay until check-out the next day.
You agree to pay us for any loss or damage to the accommodation or equipment during your stay. Extra cleaning charges – a min of $50, will apply to rooms left in an unsanitary or messy condition. Rooms are strictly non-smoking and a fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card for deodorising. Should the bedding or mattress need replacing due to soiling, you authorise Ecomotel to deduct the full cost of replacement from your credit card or to pay the invoiced amount for replacement, administration and or legal fees and payment to be made within 7 days.
You agree that any monies or other valuables belonging to you and brought onto the property, remain your responsibility and you will make no claim or take legal action against Ecomotel Pty Ltd or its staff, for any damage or loss. The Management reserves the right to evict any guest, visitor or member of the public for anti-social behaviour, including but not limited to: possession or use of illegal drugs, willful damage to Ecomotel property, theft, physical or verbal abuse of staff, other guests or the public. In the event of an eviction, all money held or due will be forfeited and the registered guest will be unable to make future reservations at Ecomotel Pty Ltd.
You agree that all items in the rooms are the property of Ecomotel Pty Ltd and any items taken from the rooms will be charged to your credit card at the replacement price. Keys are to be returned to reception on departure, unless otherwise agreed beforehand. Unreturned keys will be charged at $20.

A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required to secure the reservation. For bookings made on the Ecomotel Pty Ltd website, this deposit is required to be paid online via credit card at the time of booking. Balance of monies is due and payable on arrival, including full payment for any additional persons or nights.

By providing valid credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Ecomotel Pty Ltd to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties as detailed below.

For group bookings (3 rooms or over) 50% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before check in.

Refund of a deposit is usually conditional upon the cancelled booking being taken up by another guest.
