Terms & Conditions

1) I acknowledge that smoking is strictly NOT permitted in any guest room or communal space. Evidence of smoking will result in a charge of one night’s accommodation and associated cleaning costs.
2) I acknowledge that unauthorised guests will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation.
3) I acknowledge that evidence of illicit drug use, abusive or anti-social behaviour will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
4) I acknowledge and agree to abide by the “No Noise after 10:30 pm” policy whereby any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their room or exceeding the number of permitted guests may be evicted immediately and without refund.
5) I acknowledge that any damage to the room, furniture or fittings, appliances or communal property will be repaired/replaced at my cost from the security deposit.
6) Valid credit card details OR a $100 cash security deposit will be required at check in time. The Credit Card Primary Account Number and expiry date will be stored accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standard practice.

Payment Policy

PLEASE NOTE! While direct CStay website bookings record your Credit Card details for confirmation purposes, your card is NOT charged until you check in at reception.
A booking is only deemed to be confirmed if it is placed though the CStay website or an online distributor, or if valid credit card details are supplied.
All other bookings are deemed to be tentative only and such bookings, if not confirmed within 24 hours of check in date, may be cancelled without notice at CStay management's discretion.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled up to 1 day before check in time, no fee will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled within 1 day of check in date, a fee of one night per room booked will be charged.
