Thank you for exploring Curringa Farm. A genuine 750 acre working sheep and cropping farm at Hamilton, only one hours drive North West of Hobart.
3 Larger Deluxe cottages are 2 bedroom with fully equipped kitchens, 4 smaller studios have a simple kitchenette. All have mix of spa bath OR free standing baths, gas bbq’s, spacious decks and a comfortable, private rural feeling to them. Your hosts Tim and Jane Parsons are 6th generation farmers in the area. They keep these nationally award winning accommodations in perfect condition for couples and families wishing to fish in the lake, enjoy walks and BBQs, or take an organised farm tour.

Duo Shower and Freestanding bath. Peacefiul and relaxing amongst some huge gumtrees that are over 100 yerars old.
Boobook Owls live on Curringa Farm. A smallish Owl that is a very skilled nighttime hunter. We called this house , Boobook, as a word play on a 2 bedroom house with a perfect view.

Usually we take full payment at check in.
We MAY take $110 deposit at the time of the booking and the remainder is payable at the time of check in and guest registration.
Please note credit card surcharge of up to 2.5% in terms and conditions.
No charger incurred for cancellation due to Government regulated Covid19 directives.

Payment Policy

We are happy for you to pay us at time of arrival with cash or credit card.
EFT is available by arrangement without credit card surcharge. We reserve the right to take full payment at any time prior to arrival. If you depart without payment for any reason we will deduct full payment including incidentals from credit card details supplied.
Please observe credit card surcharge at time of payment. Up to 2.5% for some international cards. Please note penalties for late arrival, unreasonably unclean or damaged rooms or evidence of smoking inside.

Cancellation Policy

NO CHARGES For cancellations due to Covid19 related government directives We appreciate your earliest notification to avoid NO SHOW charges. Thank you for your booking and payment. We do not usually take a deposit however during peak times we may consider 25% of your booking fee as a secure deposit for your booking. We allow changes of dates up until 14 days out from your booked arrival date. If you cancel within 14 to 3 days of booking arrival date we may retain 50% of your booking fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of booking or do not show up we will retain 100% of your booking fee.
