Terms & Conditions
Definitions
"Booking" means the period for which you have paid to stay at the property
"Guests" means the person(s) who stay in the property during the booking
"Management" means the owners of the property
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Stay
Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions of Stay carefully as payment of the Deposit constitutes as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Stay
Check in - Check out
Check in time is from 2:00pm on the arrival date
Please notify Management of an expected time of arrival prior to your arrival date
Check out time is no later than 10:00am on departure date
If you depart later than 10:00am additional fees may be charged
To avoid any additional charges upon departure please leave your cottage in the same condition as you found it. All chalets are fully self-contained and therefore you are required to leave it in a clean and tidy condition
Guests
Maximum numbers of people per cottage must be strictly adhered to in accordance with the booking
Management reserves the right to evict guests if numbers exceed the booking agreement
Payment
Deposit is to be paid upfront at time of booking and is non-refundable
Remaining balance is due on arrival at Dandaloo Gardens.
Cancellation or Variation
If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking please see details on our website
Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation
Unavailability
If Dandaloo Gardens become unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg, fire, storm, flood, damage etc.) then Management will inform you immediately. Moneys paid will be refunded in full under these circumstances
Parties and Functions
Parties and functions require prior approval at the time of booking and special conditions will apply including; no disturbance of other guests, no undue noise, silence when entering and leaving Dandaloo Gardens, no behaviour likely to cause damage to property or offence or embarrassment to others
Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund
Parties booking the entire site will be treated differently. Please contact Management to discuss arrangements
Linen and Towels
We supply all linen including; pillows, quilts and towels which must be left in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be requested from Management
Beach / Swimming towels are available to hire for a refundable $5.00 each deposit.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at Dandaloo Gardens in an effort to help protect our native koalas.
Minors
Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make bookings
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Disturbances
There are other chalets adjacent to your chalet, excessive noise levels will not be tolerated
Management reserves the right to evict any unruly guest
If eviction is to occur then no refund will be given for the booking
Smoking
Smoking shall not be permitted in any of the following;
Outside on the property within 30 meters.
Inside Dandaloo Gardens Chalets, buildings or office spaces
Inside BBQ area for the comfort of all guests.
Where it has been identified by the risk assessment process that there is a risk of explosion and / or fire
Where it is prohibited by legislation
Where persons may unwillingly be exposed to air contaminated with tobacco smoke
Smoking is not permitted on the deck of the Chalet.
All butts must be disposed of considerately. At no time are butts to be thrown on the ground or into the water
Swimming Pool
Management take no responsibility for guests swimming in the pool. Do not run, jump or dive into the water. Always lower yourself in appropriately.
Guests swim at their own risk - No Lifeguard on duty
Do not swim alone or during hours of darkness
Children should always be supervised by an adult and any non swimmers must stay well clear of the water
The area of water is fenced
As with all warm waters the water may contain the amoeba which causes amoebic meningitis. The risk of amoebic meningitis is higher if the water temperature is over 24 deg. You can get amoebic meningitis if water goes up your nose
Additional Charges
Management reserves the right to charge a guest for any damages, breakages, missing items and other additional expenses that have been incurred as a result of your stay
General
Management takes no responsibility for any items that are left on the premises
Management reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time
Disclaimer
It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that Management will not be held responsible nor liable for any of the following;
Any injury or loss suffered by the guests whatsoever or howsoever caused whilst in occupancy of the Chalet accommodation due to failure in complying with the Terms and Conditions;
any injury or loss suffered by the guests whatsoever caused due to negligence on their part;
any injury or loss suffered by the occupants whatsoever caused as a result of insects or wildlife in or around the Dandaloo Chalet site. All occupants are to take specific care at all times within this area
Problems or Complaints
In case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management can have the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Payment Policy
One night deposit required at time of booking and balance paid on arrival
Cancellation Policy
The deposit paid will be forfeited

Payment Policy

1 nights accommodation to be paid to secure booking. Please call or email us to collect from you. Valid credit/debit card only. We do not accept AMEX. Balance payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: no charge up to 24hrs before arrival,
Less than 24 hours full payment will be charged.
