1)Reservations should be made in advance, particularly on weekends.
2)Please let us know if you are bringing a child or children.
3)Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay
4) Pets are not allowed in restaurants & bars in Hotel's main building and rooms. We do allow well-behaved pets to stay in the Lodge rooms. Respect and care must be shown.
5) You will be charged a 50% deposit for your reservation, on arrival the remaining balance will fall due.
6)Please read the cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
The cancellation policy is as follows - you will be charged 100% of the accommodation costs that fall within the booking period if you cancel within 96 hours (4 days) of 3 pm the confirmed arrival day.

Payment Policy

Full payment required at Check-in.

A 50% deposit must be made with a credit card to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due at check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with in 4 days (96 hours) of arrival date will result in 100% cancellation fee for the room tariff.

Modifications made within 4 days prior to arrival may result in additional fees and will be decided upon by the property.

You may cancel the booking any time up to 4 days prior to arrival and a full deposit refund will be returned to you.

Cancellation requests must be made by email to bookings@danseyspass.co.nz and received by us with in the free cancellation period to receive a refund.

Special considerations may be made due to hardship as a result of travel interruptions from flights, road closures or weather events. Please talk with us we are here to help.
