Terms & Conditions
By accepting our Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to the following:
*Check in time is 2PM and check out time is 10AM at the latest to allow the cottages to be prepared for the next guests. Early check in or late check out must be agreed upon with the owners, however this will not be possible during peak holiday times.
*The number of guests (adults and children) must not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or agreed to in writing. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed to with the owners in advance.
*Guests are liable for damage to the property in excess of fair wear and tear.
*To avoid an excess cleaning charge of $60 please leave the cottage as you found it.
*Wifi is only available in Driftwood, there is no WiFi in the other cottages however mobile reception is excellent across the whole property.
*As our property is a habitat for native fauna (kangaroos etc), no pets are allowed.
*The is strictly no smoking within the cottages.
Payment Policy
*Payment will be charged to your card on arrival.
*Visa and Mastercard transactions incur a 1.5% service fee.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change and cancellation of bookings is sometimes necessary. We have the following policy in place in an effort to ensure that both we and our guests are treated fairly.
In the event of a cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival, or on occasion of an early departure, the cancellation fee will be equal to the full accommodation account unless alternative arrangements can be negotiated.
