The Homestead offers enough entertaining areas to enjoy your stay without leaving the property. Set on top of a ridge overlooking the vineyard, the Estate enjoys spectacular views of the Blue Mountains sandstone escarpment that is transformed in to bright orange and pink colors at sunset.

The kitchen opens to a big balcony that directly overlooks the vineyard which is perfect for entertaining.

Sunrise Lodge is wonderfully quiet and secluded – perfect for a romantic weekend or a place to relax, unwind and experience the magic of mountain life. Nestled on the edge of our boutique vineyard with magnificent escarpment views across the Megalong Valley, it offers an unforgettable self-catered holiday experience. Purpose designed, the lodge comprises two large bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious central living area with open fire and a fully-equipped kitchen and large deck.

CHECK IN IS STRICTLY 4PM AND CHECK OUT 10.30AM UNLESS ORGANISED WITH US PRIOR TO YOUR STAY.

PETS ARE ALLOWED UPON APPLICATION WITH DRYRIDGE ESTATE

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Rates are $50.00 per person, per night for over two people in the Sunrise Lodge and over 6 people in the Homestead.

Payment Policy

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking via credit card, with the balance due and payable 7 days prior to your stay. All rates are based on one couple occupying one bedroom, occupying other bedrooms incurs additional costs.

With all EFT (electronic funds transfer) payments, total payment is required upfront. A credit card must be retained on file to cover loss or damage of property and items.

The person making the booking is responsible and accountable at all times and will be charged accordingly.

Where full payment has not been received for a specified booking 7 days prior, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, with any payments received be forfeited to Dryridge Estate™, and the intended dates released.

It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure adequate funds are available on their credit cards to cover the length of their booking.

Where a booking is requested over a Friday, weekend rates apply,

Where cancellation of a booking is requested, a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to your accommodation commencement date is required to ensure that your payment is returned to you, less $50 administration fee (per property).

Where written notice is provided less than 14 days, your payment may be forfeited. In these situations, genuine attempts will be made to re-book for the same period of stay and where a re-booking can be secured, your payment will then be returned to you, less $50 administration fee (per property).

Where you do not arrive, all payments received to confirm your booking will be forfeited to Dryridge Estate™, and the intended dates released.
