Dunn Bay Village Resort Homes feature 3 privately separated Queen bedrooms, each with it's own spa ensuite bathroom. 4 bathrooms in total. (no other bedding configurations are available)

Located in central Dunsborough, 1 minute walking distance to all cafe's and the beach, this self-contained home includes a full kitchen with linen, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, R/C AirCon and laundry. Starter amenities are provided eg. toilet paper, milk, tea, coffee…

Pricing is inclusive of up to 6 people, minimum 2 adults with 4 children, due to staircase and access to spa baths.

Privately owned & managed within Bay Village Resort which offers a heated indoor pool, spa & sauna, restaurant/bar, BBQs, children’s playground, and FREE Wi-Fi. All facilities are available to our guests, however the RECEPTION is a separate management company and will not be able to assist you on arrival or during your stay.

Providing garden views, Dunn Bay Village Resort Homes provides family accommodation, with barbecue facilities and a terrace.

Weekly linen change included for stays longer than 7 days and end of stay clean included. No pool or beach towels supplied.

For the comfort of all guests, NO functions, parties or school leavers (schoolies) are allowed in the Resort.

CHILD, COT AND EXTRA BED POLICIES
• Children of any age are welcome within existing bedding arrangements.
• Children aged 18+ are considered adults.
• No capacity or allowance for extra beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own children's port-a-cots ONLY, at no additional cost.

BEDDING
• Adults and Children within existing bedding arrangements.
• No additional bedding configurations available.
• No sleeping on couches for hygiene reasons. No extra linen provided.

I agree to the above and following Terms and conditions of Dunn Bay Village Homes (DBVH):
I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred during my stay and all charges will be paid in full prior to departure.
There is NO SMOKING in any DBVH rooms and I acknowledge that a $300 fine exists if I break this condition of entry and I will be responsible for any additional cleaning charges and/or losses resulting from my stay, which will be my sole responsibly and will be charged to me in full. I am solely responsible for any activities, and damages which may be caused by my guests. No illegal activities will be undertaken by myself or my guests while on the premises.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall DBVH or their agents, representatives or licensors be liable to you for any loss or injury or any damages, either direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings) resulting from or in any way connected to the site or these terms & conditions, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Terms & Conditions of Stay:
You (our guest) agree that you will pay to us (the Operator) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from the accommodation. You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check into DBVH and identification may be asked for at any time.
You agree that checkout time is prior to 10am on the date shown for departure unless we agree to another time in writing. You agree departure after that time may incur additional charges. You agree that we may apply a charge if you're required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day. You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration. You agree to remain personally liable to pay any amounts outstanding or due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. If the settlement arrangements have not been met within 30 days of departure you agree to pay the total amount due on the receipt of our invoice. You agree to pay any loss or damage to any room or equipment in the room during your period of use. You agree to be responsible for any loss or damage to common areas in the Resort and such may be claimed against your Credit Card supplied. You agree to return the key for the room to the lockbox at time of departure and agree to pay a charge for replacement of keys you lose or fail to return. You agree any monies, valuables or goods, brought into the room, grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damages or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred. You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws, which apply to your stay. We grant you license to stay in our Resort Homes and you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving a reason. You agree we may use your email address to send you information.

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR GUESTS:
DBVH has a strict no party and/or no gathering policy which is enforced at all times. This allows DBVH the right to refuse and/or evict any guest who does not abide by this policy. This includes NO LEAVERS.

Privacy Policy: We adhere to the National Privacy Principle relating to the collection of personal information. All information collected from you on registration is required either to meet the requirements of the State legislation regarding the maintenance of a guest register, for fire safety reasons, for billing purposes and to market our services to you. We will not make this information available to any third party without your prior consent except where required by law or to enforce our collection of amounts owing by you. You must advise us if any details on this registration card are incorrect. All this data will be retained for the minimum length of time to comply with taxation and accounting requirements (usually seven years). Any personal data is accessible only to authorized personnel of the Operator. A charge will be levied if a copy of this paper registration card is required after six months from your departure. Copies (other than electronic data) are not available after two years. We will not knowingly permit any misuse of this data. We will adhere to our Industry Association standards for use of any personal information.

Payment Policy

• All prices are quoted in AUD per room per night
• Prices are subject to availability & can change without notification due to fluctuations in charges and currency.
• Guarantee Policy: Guarantee with a credit card is required at time of making a booking via DBVh's website.
• FULL PAYMENT is required on booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• NO refund if cancellation notice is less than 30 days prior to Premium /Peak Periods i.e.: Easter, Xmas Holidays (Dec - Jan); Public holiday weekends or Special Events, e.g. Concerts
• General Payment Policy: A credit card MUST be recorded at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• OFF-PEAK SEASONS: FREE Cancellation if notification is given in writing 14 days prior to check-in. Notice of cancellation of bookings within the 14 day period incurs a 50% penalty.
• PEAK SEASON: FREE Cancellation if notification is given in writing 30 days prior to check-in. Notice of cancellation of bookings within the 30 day period incurs a 50% penalty.
• Any booking must be cancelled in writing to avoid cancellation fee. No-shows are subject to a FULL cancellation fee, per above. A no-show is a guest who does not check-in on the night their booking is reserved for. Any refunded fees (at the Manager’s discretion) will incur a $20 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 7 days prior to check in date, any cancellation received after this time are non-refundable.
