Payment Policy
If booking on the same day of the stay, please ring the hosts and confirm before booking online.
Payment Terms
50% deposit is charged for all bookings, and the remaining 50% is charged upon arrival. However, bookings within 14 days of the stay, or for a single night stay the full 100% is payable at time of booking. If you would like to vary the deposit amount for any reason, you can ring or email the hosts and discuss what you would like to do regarding the payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
21 days notice of cancellation is required for the tariff to be refunded (less a $50 administration fee plus any commissions paid). Cancellations made within 14 days of the first night of the booking full payment is required, unless cottages are subsequently fully booked, then the deposit will be refunded less administration fee ($50) and costs. Failure to arrive the full tariff is payable.
