Terms & Conditions

When confirming a booking via telephone, email, third parties and/or by paying a deposit, you agree to the following:

Check-in & Check-out times: 2:00pm & 10:00am.
Please call if you intend on arriving earlier and/or leaving later in order to ensure your request can be accommodated.

Children: Unfortunately, we do not cater for infants or children, however we are happy to have children stay in the event that you have booked all three rooms. Please contact us directly to book.

Smoking Areas: As per QLD Tobacco Laws and for the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted within the building, balconies or gardens. There will be an extra cleaning and deodorising charge in the event of this condition being breached.

Payment Policy

50% deposit required at time of booking.

40% refundable up to seven days prior to check-in date.

10% non-refundable from time of booking and will be applied as a cancellation/date change fee.

Remaining 50% payable at check-in. Any additional surcharges incurred during stay will be charged upon check-out.

There is a 1.75% surcharge for payments made with Visa or Mastercard and a 2.5% surcharge for American Express.

We are happy for you to transfer payment to our bank account if that suits you better.

10% cancellation fee payable upon cancellation or date change of any booking.

No refund of 50% deposit within seven days of check-in date.
